飯店員工有禮樂意幫忙，服務很週到，本次連續入住了二天，一天朋友訂了和式客房，第二天為是次在trip.com 預訂的洋式客房，櫃檯人員安排連續二晚入住洋式客房👍
房間很舒服乾淨，有海景，泳池部分員工Joy 很健談令客人有賓至如歸的感覺
Check out 當天適逢颱風天下大雨，停車場雖然在隔壁，唯飯店提供接駁車直接送到本人車子旁👍👍👍👍

有年代的飯店，房間對比萬元房價稍微普通，但設施跟服務非常好，早餐也很精緻，套餐式很好吃也可以一直點，全館服務人員服務都非常好，戶外泳池跟水療區也不錯

應該“説走就走”當天再訂房，比提前預訂房費便宜約10%；跟6年前入住除了服務人員還是一樣的好外，衞生也不錯，設備已經有些老舊，早餐供應的餐點也很一般；可能當天入住人數太少，館內除了温泉沒有其他任何活動，有點失望！

設施和旅店內環境都很優，就是房間空間比較小，四人房有點擠。泡湯的陽台視野很讚，白天正對龜山島，看起來很近。工作人員服務態度很好很有禮節。

飯店設施完善，多虧房間和走廊都有除溼機，所以很溫暖不會不舒服，雖然天氣濕冷，但整天待在飯店裡也不無聊，有出國渡假的fu，美中不足是餐點，可以再豐富些
