酒店位置在客運站2樓方便入住。房間雖小但是很乾凈，中央空調空調不能調温度。

酒店離火車站很近，交通方便。因為跟客運中心是一個樓，客運中心的喇叭聲音大，在房間裏能聽到😂酒店服務很好，有水的需求，深夜也免費送到房間👍

我覺得我住房體驗非常差，雖然價格不貴但是最起碼你得保證乾淨吧，床單被套竟然是為了節約壓根沒換過，就翻了個麪，床單上全是短短的毛髮，你們是便捷酒店不是隨便，我不知道你們是為節約省成本還是工作人員陽奉陰違，句句屬實，體驗感非常差，以後大概率不會考慮你們品牌了。

這家店每次出差到宜昌必住的，環境服務設施沒得説，超級贊，提前網上預訂的，來了前台小姐姐幫辦理入住，很貼心，還有熱茶水，房間很大，服務超級棒，真的很滿意，還會再來

節假日來玩，房價是翻倍。服務都很好，酒店的設備有問題的時候馬上就會來修很快處理好。值得稱讚。但是這個酒店是和宜昌客運站連起來的，所以白天酒店裡是完全聽得清外面的聲音。唯一特別需要改善的是衞生哈。通風比較差，導致進房間會有一股味道。打開窗户通風很久才好一些。其他都設施都比較舊。

服務貼心，房間乾淨，位置方便，無按金入住快。
説一下個人感覺，窗户外面是黑漆漆的沒有裝修的走廊可以接受，但是關上之後這個給人一種沒鎖好不安全的感覺。吹風是壁掛式的，衹能按着開關才有風且衹有熱風一個檔。洗手枱沒有香皂或者洗手液，不太方便。價格一天一個樣，提前兩天訂比當天訂貴十幾塊，不理解。
