房間乾淨整潔，老闆娘也很熱心負責，就是洗澡的地方由於沒有遮擋，容易導致地上很多水。另外就是房間沒有隔音的門之類的，如果作息不一樣的住在一起，會有點痛苦。。。

離宜昌東站和客運站都非常近，隔條馬路的路程，附近環境清幽，小複式公寓，乾淨衞生小精緻，小朋友超級喜歡。衞生間有暖氣非常非常舒服。
小提意見給房東的是：如果衞生間能夠乾濕分離出來會更棒，體驗感會更好！

可以説是我見過佈置得最好的民宿。很温馨有家的感覺。
有洗衣機可以洗衣服。
樓上主卧有落地窗讓人想坐在那兒喝杯咖啡發發呆。可惜這次帶着爸媽時間匆忙，沒有機會好好體會。
房東熱情好客， 幫忙收快遞，知道我帶着長者不方便， 還幫忙提前把我們的行李送到住地。
樓下吃食方便，離宜昌東站不遠

房子位置離宜昌東站很近也很好找，房間整體乾淨整潔，有家的感覺，我們5個小姐妹住的很舒心。房東熱情又貼心，我們原計劃是入住第二天上游輪遊玩，可是上船時間得等到晚上5點半才能坐車去碼頭，出來玩一次不容易不想浪費任何時間，所以臨時報了一個半日遊，但時間是下午兩點發車，而退房時間是12點，退了房還有1個多小時沒地方待，所以就跟房東商量，能不能待到下午13點再退房，沒想到房東很爽快的就同意了，感謝了！很滿意的一次入住。
