照片大家自己看吧，我不是第一次住這家店。第一次確實沒有發生這種情況。我連住了兩晚，第一晚，連不上無線，前台告訴我信號不好，再試試，我試了好幾次，還是不行，前台告訴我，你給我打電話也沒用，連不上她也沒辦法，關鍵是我兩個手機都連不上。第二天，回去在床上就發現了一衹這個活着的蟲子，我覺得免不了，也沒當回事，後來關了燈，就聽見蟲子飛的聲音，已經是夜裡12點了，我打電話給前台，她説一會兒讓保安過來看，我等了十分鐘，沒人來，我去前台，發現有人辦入住，我也沒説話，等辦入住的人走了，問這個蟲子的問題怎麼解決，前台告訴我，你看地上，都是蟲子，賓館就這樣。自始至終，我沒説過任何過激的言語，她也沒有任何解決問題的方案，沒有説給我換房間，無所謂，反正我住也住了，以後也不會住了。

酒店乾淨整潔，也很安靜，休息質量挺好。離店時，一條藍色休閑褲落下了，吧枱經理非常負責任，用手台呼叫樓層服務員二人，共同確認褲兜裏還有790元現金，立即聯繫順風郵寄到山西曲沃頤澤酒店。可惜順風服務員填寫地址錯了，給郵到山西長冶市了，長冶收到後，經過溝通，郵回遼寧朝陽。非常感謝河北易縣七天酒店經理，也很開心！祝生意興隆！

打算去清西陵，原意是找間離易縣汽車站很近的店，但是這家稍微有點遠，走路大概要20分鐘左右。酒店設施方面，沒有特別讓人難受的存在，都能正常使用。前台的小姐姐們很好，第二天我忘記帶紙質門票到西陵，多虧她們幫忙把圖片傳給我。

攜程預訂的價格很優惠，停車方便 吃飯方便 市中心 挺熱鬧的 在對面“忠順齋易州印象烤鴨店”吃的，熱門榜排第一的 説實話味道一般吧，不過是個正規的餐館。
房間也挺安靜的。旅行途中經過易縣，
去了燕下都遺址 道德經幢 荊軻塔 易水湖 還有紫荊關

經濟型酒店，住的應當是感受！
入住:接待的紅色外衣很熱情，詳細介紹，免升，雙手遞物，給的房間也不錯！另一個負責公安網核對的女子，直呼客人姓名，還是感到很驚訝，整體前台穿着隨意，有坐着玩手機的，閑聊的，不專業！
住中:進入房間感覺很不錯，開業幾年設施維護不錯，雙窗户通風采光不錯。到了晚上發現枕頭太薄了，且衹有兩個，兩個人沒法睡，電話前台居然沒有備量，可能是不想給找也或者真沒有，枕頭已超使用年限了應該，一宿睡的很難受，全程無歉意！次日上午，因為入住時衹有半款手紙，打掃時應換掉，有點可憐，房間也沒有抽紙，想再要一卷紙和礦泉水，告知礦泉水是收費的，説出沒遇到過這樣的酒店，告知可以給一瓶，讓人感覺在被施捨，或者在佔便宜的感覺，全程語氣就是在和顧客爭論一樣！感受太差，這樣的服務可能內部覺得正常，但如今經濟型酒店真的就是靠感受維護客户的競爭市場，就顯的不專業，蠻橫，差勁，另外順便提一句衞生間門口的地墊實在是不知道用來做什麼的，不僅臟還難得一見的感覺！真實評價
離店:正常場景，無其他特別，也無過失！

丟了一個金手鍊，退房後給酒店打電話反饋的訊息是：收拾房間的時候發現了一瓶粉底液，但是我除了帶手機、充電器、身份證去入住的，其他什麼都沒帶，怎麼會有一瓶粉底液。至於金手鍊的問題，酒店反饋是沒有的。這個金手鍊戴了很長時間了，在家裡睡覺的時候也掉過，平時正常佩戴一次都沒掉過。這次也不能百分百就説拉在酒店了，但80%應該是。當天晚上在酒店洗澡的時候還戴着呢，第二天起床沒注意胳膊，等退完房開車到家，剛進屋坐下發現手鍊沒有了，就把車上、到家的這十幾米路線、家裡坐的位置找了，都沒有。所以感覺80%是拉酒店了。
