The hotel is very modern and very comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. The rooms are large and spacious, the bedroom is of high quality, and the powerful and excellent shower. The breakfast is in buffet form, it's very abundant, there's really everything you can want, the eggs are cooked on demand, everything is very fresh and very good. Without any restrictions, the hotel staff is extremely friendly, whether in the restaurant or in the maintenance staff, but special mention to the reception girls who set up in four to meet your requests and days The hotel is very good and it is a good location to recommend for a stay in Erevan, personally, I will certainly return to it at my next visit.

I recommend this apartment to travelers who want to reserve and fully pay online from other countries. I booked an apartment from the US and paid the price online, but I couldn't be there. The transition and refund policy was fair, and they could handle it smoothly. They are always available to talk and easy to reach out to.

On my first visit to Armenia two years ago I chose to be my accommodation in Yerevan the iconic Marriott Hotel which was already perfect in all aspects. Recently I went back again and stayed at Courtyard Hotel, being the youngest among all Marriott-branded properties in Yerevan, with which the experience largely exceeded my expectations. Courtyard Yerevan surprised me on a number of things. First, it is a very young property having incepted operation for just a couple of months. From the moment I walked into it, everything was simply impeccable. Contemporary designs focusing on simplicity were introduced throughout the interior layout at the lobby, restaurant and other public areas to inspire an absolute freshness. Likewise for my room which was cosy, neat, fully functional and installed with floor-to-ceiling glass windows allowing for natural light maximisation. The housekeeping team does an amazing job on the thorough room upkeep on a consistent basis. Second, although Courtyard brand used to keep things basic and not to offer fancy amenities, the facilities and services that Courtyard Yerevan delivered were nothing short of exceptional. I was impressed with the fact that this property even housed, not just a fairly large gym room equipped with all sorts of state-of-the-art machines, but also a spa centre on the same floor offering a range of massage therapy treatments as well as sauna facilities. Courtyard Yerevan managed to elevate the combined experiences of fitness and relaxation to the next level, which was rare among the rest of Courtyard-branded hotels worldwide. Again, despite the absence of an executive lounge, Courtyard Yerevan offered each in-house staying Marriott Bonvoy elite member a US$10 F&B voucher for each night of stay. I could redeem it towards any F&B spending at the main restaurant on any beverage and à la carte items, which was an absolute delight for loyal Bonvoy guests including myself. Lastly and most importantly, I would like to commend highly on the Nazaret and the entirety of his front office team for their exceptional passion and professionalism about creating a truly hospitable and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. I could say they did exert every single effort on all possible occasions during my two-night stay to take care of me from room assignment, amenities setup, table reservation to dining and sightseeing advices. Their servicing genuineness complemented by the authentic Armenian hospitality was simply unbeatable. Every bit of the arrangement was made with heart and dedication. I truly appreciated it.

The first time I came to Yerevan, this store is in the city center, just a few steps away from the central square, and there are many places to eat around. The hotel maintains the consistent decoration style of ibis, the network is good, and the sanitation is also very good. Especially the breakfast, it's really rich and great!

It is a nice hotel with kind, polite, and patient staff. Receptions are so welcoming that you feel at home. They try to help you as much as possible. I tried three rooms at this hotel. All were clean, neat, and tidy. In this price range, the breakfast was acceptable and delicious.

Re-booked this hotel. All good. Close to the airport, clean, quiet, air-conditioned. Attractions nearby. We watched the Armenian wedding and baptism in the church of St. Gayane. If you have a transfer in Yerevan and you need to spend the night somewhere, this is an ideal option, by taxi from the airport or back - 300 rubles. In the evenings there are many open cafes near the hotel. The pool was not caught, but this is also a clear plus.

Outstanding
JJoanaThis Hotel is New but location wasn’t in the center of the city , it is 15 mins to drive or 45 mins to walk to central however there’s 5 mins walk away from Metro.
The Room was clean, very clean, praise for their housekeeping!, Spacious and well- appointed.
The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were much appreciated.
I booked a standard room w/out breakfasts or meal so no comment about the food.
Overall, my experience at this hotel is rated 4star, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and accommodations provided at such a low rate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with them again in the future.
GGuest UserAfter four years away, my recent stay at this hotel was just as I remembered. The front desk staff is outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way for guests. The breakfast crew, in the restaurant area, was just as wonderful. If there was anything I needed, I just had to ask. The hotel is across the street from Yerevan Park (recently renamed Diana Apcar Park). The park is a popular destination for locals. There are dining options in the park and on both sides of the street. Well known tourist destinations, such as Republic Square and Northern Avenue, are both short walks away. You will miss out on nothing, by staying at this location. And, you will gain so much more, from the amazing hospitality.
GGuest UserI was genuinely impressed by my 9-day stay at this hotel in July 2023. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome and meticulous attention to every detail set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The spacious and modern room exceeded my expectations, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The inviting ambiance and the delightfully fresh and soft towels added a luxurious touch that truly enhanced my stay. What sets this hotel apart is its commitment to detail, evident in both design and amenities. Every aspect contributed to making my stay exceptionally enjoyable. The convenience of the metro station just across the street and a short walk to the city center made exploring the city a breeze. A special note of gratitude for the beautiful flowers – a thoughtful gesture that personalized my experience. I can't wait for the opportunity to return. This hotel is more than accommodation; it's a genuine highlight of any visit to the city.
This is a small hotel, just seven floors and four rooms on each hotel, but it has a huge amount going for it and is strongly recommended. The best rooms are at the back (rooms 74, 64, 54, etc), for two reasons: one is the imposing view of Mt Ararat way to the south over the Turkish border and the other is that they are the quietest. The rooms have fridge, microwave, sink, and plates and cutlery, so you can eat in if you want: we stayed for ten days and did so several times. Don't bother getting your own breakfast, though: the breakfasts here are superb, with an amazing range to satisfy even picky eaters! The hotel is on the junction of Bagramian Avenue, which is one of the main artery roads, and Orbeli Street, so taxis can find it easily. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, where many hotels are: a short walk down Bagramian will get you to the Bagramian stop on the Metro and from there it is two stops to Republic Square; or, as we often did, you can walk down Bagramian, which is tree-lined, and get the Metro back. There are several handy supermarkets near the hotel in the direction of the Metro and a large, fancier one down Orbeli; also, if you go up Bagramian beyond the Orbeli junction there are several great food shops on the same side of Bagramian as the hotel. The staff are wonderful and unfailingly kind, friendly and completely trustworthy. The lady who cleaned our room was Iranian with a good command of English and a fascinating person to talk to. Down in the breakfast room, at the front desk and throughout the hotel the staff are exceptional. They arranged a car with driver for us at a very reasonable rate and we took advantage of that to go to Lake Sevan; we made several other trips with the same driver and he eventually drove us up to Dilijian as well. Lastly, let's face it, you're not going to learn the Armenian script for a short stay. But you might learn the Russian script and/or bring a Russian phrase book, as a lot of signage is in Russian as well as Armenian but not Roman (eg the Metro). 'Good morning' in Armenian is easy - 'Barry Lewis' - and the staff really appreciated us saying that. 'Thank you' is more of a challenge - 'shnor-haka-loo-tyoon' - but it is worth make the effort to learn because of the smiles it brings out!
LLioness1234I love this hotel. So nice and friendly staff. Great Armenian food in a restaurant. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. If I'll take a trip to Yerevan again, definitely I will stay in Grace Forum. Two spa rooms with hamam and sauna.
GGuest UserI wanted to express my pleasant surprise during my stay at your establishment. Despite encountering negative reviews, I'm unsure why they exist, as the hotel management seems to have reflected upon the feedback, made staff changes, and executed excellent improvements. The hotel staff was remarkably attentive and considerate. From cleanliness and amenities like bathrobes, towels, and napkins – everything was genuinely pleasant, well-kept, and clean. The breakfast spread was quite extensive, catering to any appetite and palate. One delightful note to share is that we casually mentioned my girlfriend had said ”Yes,” and shortly after, we received a thoughtful gift. It may seem like a small detail, but it added an incredibly pleasant touch to our experience. The in-house currency exchange with a favorable rate was a convenient feature. Stepping into the hotel from the street created a truly comfortable, homely atmosphere. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful weekend.
GGuest UserWe stayed 2 nights for a brief stop in Yerevan and we were far from disappointed! The hotel entrance is tucked away but well signposted. The reception staff were extremely welcoming each time we saw them, they spoke good english and were always happy to help. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the name, the hotel rooms are all on the 14th floor, with reception on floor 1, and the dining area on floor 15. Our room was excellent! A little dated in decor and some signs of wear, but it was a large room split into a living area on one side and the bedroom on the other. The room had good features including a mini-fridge, toiletries, good AC and a safe - although the safe was already locked when we arrived and inaccessible (we just went without it). The best feature was the terrace! Whilst the windows were made up of frosted glass, there was a door that led to an open terrace with stunning views over Yerevan and Mount Ararat. The terrace is shared between all guests, however we rarely saw anybody out there and there was very little noise. There was a good choice at breakfast made up of hot and cold food. The dining area was large with great views from most sides, although the terrace on this floor was unfortunately closed for renovation during our stay. However, with open access to the terrace on the 14th floor below this wasn't a problem. The location of the hotel probably couldn't be better. It's in the city centre, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, parks, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the metro. Overall, it's not the most luxurious hotel you'll find, but it's great for a short stay in Yerevan and excellent value for money.
Ttravellin131i DONT recommend this hotel: ( Especially if you are a non smoker!) : try find another hotel in the similar price range if u can. heres my honest opinion having stayed here for 5 nights. i have stayed in a room 603, on the 6th floor. room is dated which is what you paid for so its not the big problem. 6F is a non smoking floor, when i have reported a strong cigarette smell coming from the room that connects to my room. the hotel manager not only didn't take this seriously, his tone was cold and unfriendly, long story short, they have suggested that i can move to another room at 10:30pm when i have showered n have everything layout in room. i ended up was guided to the the front desk to speak to that same manager Azat. his attitude was arrogant n not customer friendly, just like on the phone. i ended up getting so upset before he said he would do something, when he called back to report that the next door customer did admit that they have smoked in the room, that was no sorry, no nothing. and i was under the impression that it was me who were bothering their evening. so when stay in the non smoking floor smells the cigarette, thats your problem, dont bother me kind of attitude, n either u move to a lower floor with a smaller room, of what do u want me to do - that sort of attitude. very bad customer service from the manager n the male staff here, but to be fair , i have met two female staff members - one who checked me in n other one when i paid for the accommodation, both of the female staff members are very helpful n attentive. a bad shot out Azat. if he is really the manager, then please send him back to training. please consider n think from a customer pov, what would u do when u r showered n about to go to bed at 10:30pm n you smell strong cigarettes smell coming to your room in a non smoking floor n the hotel give you that “ i dont give a fxxk” sort of support?
GGuest UserSo, having read the reviews on this resource booked this hotel. So in order: 1. When the suitcase arrived no one helped, well, yes, somehow. The room is set with cheap furniture that is already shaking and cracking on the seams. Very dirty!!! The carpet was once light beige (you can see on the ladder whose little use is) turned dark grey. The tile in the hub in several places of split 5. No hot water, rather warm 6. All the walls are scratched 7. Most important! Awful mattresses, springs are drunk in the back. Well, it would be unsaving! After all, people first come to the hotel to rest from the road. 8. Rosetta 2, one in the bathroom, one deep behind the furniture. How to charge the phone is not clear. 9. The view from the window to the once good square in which dirty garbage and car tires are now rolling. 10. The elevator works only one. At the peak hour when everything goes for breakfast waiting for it is useless. 11. If you are not an amateur to get up early, it is not worth counting on breakfast. First because you just don't find a clean table, clean them aren't in a hurry. Second, everything will be cold already. Food looks not appetite, the range is very scarce. You will not find European breakfast here. Imcomprehensible salad and sausage with your ... Like so. Tea cups of the size of a pinch. When I asked for a big cup, it turned out that they had no other ones. And everything would be nothing if for example there were two stars. But on the wall at the elevators we see proud four. Gentlemen, lift the hotel level, remove one star and make at least honest three! And so it's just a divorce! Personally I'm no more a foot!
GGuest UserWe chose this hotel based on price. The room had all the amenities except TV. But we got by without the wave. The only thing missing was boiling water. But we were embarrassed to mention it. At the same time, the hostess is very welcoming. She even offered us a higher class room, but we refused.
Very soft and comfortable beds. Full set of towels. It’s a pity that there aren’t enough shelves in the bathroom and room.
Before entering the hotel, the hostess helped save our things, as we were flying out and returning to them. It’s convenient that you can always order food and have lunch/dinner. The hostess cooks it herself. There is a small supermarket and bakery nearby.
In addition, the hosts can arrange a tour to different regions of Armenia.
The location of the hotel has both pros and cons. It is located quite close to the city center and there are many buses going there. Opposite is the intercity bus station. But from there you can only go to Russia and Georgia. Market.
On the other hand, it’s a bit far to get to the center without a bus. And it is not so easy to find this hotel if you are not friends with Google or Yandex. A road with broken pavement leads to it, because... Dump trucks pass through it from time to time. There are other hotels nearby.
