Great service and friendly stuff. The room was clean and has a beautiful yard. Wanted to change the room and they changed it without any problems. The hotel is in a quiet area. They have a good breakfast as well. Booked for a business trip and everything was ok! Highly recommended.

The hotel is a cozy, very clean with a very nice small garden, in a quite area. It is a somehow away from the center. I really felt good about the extent to which they keep hygiene in the hotel. It is run by a very friendly family who are ready to help when asked for. I asked for change in the room since there were no windows and they did. There is a good veriaty for breakfast also. The homemade jams are second to none in my opinion.

Lovely hotel, nice and attentive staff Clean rooms, good laundry service and peaceful environment. Would recommend to anyone visiting Yerevan as it is not too far away from the city centre and affords good views as you descend the mountain.

The hotel is located in a calm area few minutes away from the center by car. It is a small hotel; family business. The owners are kind and hospitable.They were very helpful.
Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Our stay at the hotel was pleasant in general.

There was very clean in the hotel. Big rooms. Nice breakfast. It’s very nice to stay a long time in the hotel with good price. We booked a tour package. The tour was really nice with guide. Next time we will stay here, as we found a nice place in Yerevan.

Family managed hotel, one of the best hotel in Yerevan. Better then the most known brand ones (Holiday Inn, etc.) Perfect staff, friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, silent neighborhood. Breakfast is special and handmade by the owners. Thank you for everything

Наше знакомство с Арменией началось с этого уютного семейного отеля. Потрясающая семья, очень добрые и внимательные люди! Номера огромные, всё необходимое в номере есть. С балкона открывается изумительный вид на Арарат! Наша поездка совпала с православной пасхой, и внимательная хозяйка, в правильный день на завтрак , специально для нас украсила отварные яйца. Было неожиданно и приятно ! Всё очень понравилось, молодцы !
