Yerevan Deluxe Hotel

The hotel is good and the rooms are huge enough for me. Although, they don't have lift specially when your room is in the higher floor but it won't change the fact that they give best service. Room was perfectly clean and sanitize which is i love most. Breakfast is from 8-11am which I was so excited everyday to wake up and eat their traditional food as I never tried. They have contacts in reception if you wanna call a tour package, it was close enough to Republic Square.

This is my second review for this hotel, first one is that they send us to other hotel, but after returning here the next day almost everything was fine, room was super pretty, had a small balcony and a window, small kitchen even microwave, it was new and clean, shower was fine, staff was friendly, manager treated us with wine and fruits. Only minus was the poor breakfast that we were unable to digest first 2 days then didn't eat at all and that during one week stay they never changed our bedsheets...overall experience was good, thanks for your effort and please improve we will come again.

Very good location, apartments are in the house-building, I understand, in the Armenian style. Responsive staff - responded quickly to questions and requests. Booked, TK was late departure and in previous apartments there was no possibility to extend the stay. Matras, by the way, very good. There is even a small kitchen with microwave, perhaps even with the stove (to be honest, didn't remember).

A bit of a shocking experience. Advertisement do not represent the reality at all. Hotel is not easy to find, it is more like a house converted to hotel. Situated among other houses in cull de sack. We had two rooms and were offered rooms on the ground and 3rd floors. My request while booking was disregard. During check in I asked why my request was disregard. And that is very inconvenient for the family to be separated on 4 different levels. But the lady did not want to accommodate. Funny thing that next day I contacted the owner at the morning and he said it is not an issue and we could be easily moved to the same floor as they had rooms available. Poor breakfast with dry bread and mouldy fruits. Very dirty and small pool. Amenities. The photos and description on the site is not what you get at all. Showers are ripped of from the wall, taps in sinks are leaking in both rooms, water is pouring on the floor making it very unsafe for kids and elderly. They definitely do not have any health and safety inspections. Racks for towels are ripped of from the wall. No stove tops available. Washer is out of order and no washer in other room. No plates/cutlery (only 2 cups which is not enough for 3 people occupying 1 room). No Free Bottled water as advertised on the site. Instead there is a big sign with price for the water. Very smelly bathrooms. I mean you are not able to breath from smell of the toilets. The beds are unsuitable to sleep on in both rooms. Springs in the matrasses are destroyed and sticking to your ribs. No topers to cover metal springs. Because they are destroyed, you literally fall nearly to the floor while laying. Feels like you are in a hammock with springs going all the way to you ribs. It is not a hotel, it is converted small house. You do not get Hotel experience. But the price is over the moon for such basic, poor amenities and false advertisement with photos. It is not what you get.

I have stayed here twice now. Most staff don't speak English, but the manager, ***ane, does and she was very helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds were comfy. Some rooms have baths, which is quite unusual for hotels in Armenia and it was really nice to have this experience. The breakfast is basic and the rooms don't have tea and coffee making facilities, which is a shame, but for the price it's still good value. I was a bit disappointed on my second visit with the behaviour of one of the gentlemen on reception. When I arrived, ***ane was dealing with another guest and as he was free I approached him and tried to communicate via Google Translate. He seemed quite affronted and pointed for me to go to ***ane. At times during my visit, I tried to say hello to him in Armenian and he didn't respond. Of course I may have offended him, which I hope wasn't the case, but this made me feel sad.
