The room is very clean. And the staff helped me kindly and actively. There are also various breakfast menus. It's close to Gonghing, so it's suitable as a business hotel.

房間挺大，很乾凈
位置很好，旁邊就是廣場，適合散步跑步
離海邊也不遠
工作人員服務態度很好
早餐也不錯
衹是和公寓容易混，有時朋友來了不太好找

提前幾個月定的這個酒店 雖然距離金沙灘有點遠的但是性價比很高 中間發生了一點不愉快酒店態度非常好還道歉和送了水果還有小朋友挖沙工具 感覺很多五星級酒店也做不到這種態度 而且主要事情錯不在酒店還能做到如此 感覺還是可以的 而且酒店房間挺乾淨的 除了花灑的水比較小之外其他都還不錯的 還是比較推薦這裏的 附近吃的也很多

酒店非常高大上，房間也很乾凈，視野開闊，很豪華的感覺，爸媽非常喜歡。關鍵早餐超級棒，品種很多。為山東出行增添了美好的體驗感，下次來煙台還住這兒。

設施：雖然酒店看起來有年頭但是酒店裝修過，感覺設施還可以。
衞生：我住的樓層打掃的很好。第一天住的時候枕頭有異味，服務員馬上給更換了。
環境：位置很好，走十分鐘左右就到海灘。
服務：非常好。除了保潔負責，前台的小姐姐也特別好，我想續住的時候領着我看房間，很感動。
國慶煙台的酒店價格高的不得了，這家酒店性價比很好，我推薦。

國慶節入住天馬酒店，因為臨時改坐飛機，10點就抵達。本計劃寄存行李遊玩後入住，客服查到已經有潔凈房間即刻提前安排了入住，房間環境很好，早餐豐盛絕對超4星水平，出租車司機還一直誇讚天馬的老闆在服務業口碑很好，確實這裏性價比很高。
