體驗很差的一家店，房間是那種80年代老式賓館裝修，門市價最低800多，不知道怎麼好意思要這麼高的價格，可能是五一假期來島上玩的人多，浴室毛巾發舊發黃，感覺用了很多年，房間內除了廁所裏，屋裡竟然沒有抽紙，用的瓶裝水不知道什麼牌子的，最過分的是，找前台多拿一個還得收費，餐飲沒有正餐，無便利店，買點吃的或者吃飯得去邊上別的酒店吃，早餐雖然是贈送的，餐品很差，以後不會再來了。

完全不符合四星標準。1.房間床單枕頭臟 ，都有沒洗乾淨的紅點。見圖。枕頭讓換了，床單後來才發現的就算了，但想起來比較噁心。 2.早餐差，種類很少，雞蛋限量一個。頭天前台告訴早餐到八點半，結果到了餐廳説是八點半收餐。 3.服務特別差。餐廳有個黑胖高的服務員特別橫，到點立刻指揮手下人把吃的都收走了，跟她解釋前台衹是説八點半不能進而不是收餐，還附贈你個大白眼。要不是不想浪費時間破壞心情，得投訴。雖然也沒啥可吃的，但這服務態度！ 4.該酒店以接待旅行團為主，六點多開始走廊裏麪鬧哄哄的，隔音又很差。八點開始服務員邊打掃邊在走廊裏大聲聊天。拖家帶口旅行的慎選。完全是被騙的感覺。

這應該也是我行程中住的價格不便宜但是很差的酒店了，我覺得應該就200多的水平，特能在島上的原因，這樣貴。房間比較大，但是東西都很普通，裝修很一般，尤其是早餐還好意思標38每位，算了算我得吃多少雞蛋也吃回不來

十多年來去煙台一直住這家酒店，也見證了這家酒店的變遷，從原來的旅館風格到現在的輕奢酒店風格，特別是管理軟件上的進步，服務風格的進步。
細緻做好每件事，是金子總會發光的。祝酒店生意興隆！同時呢，把自留地開放給了別人，又擔心下次來訂不到房間還漲了價，矛盾。

房間酒店挺好，海景房視野不錯，就是酒店扣扣搜搜的，瓶裝水一天衹有兩瓶，不夠要去前台購買，第二天續住的時候問打掃衞生的阿姨要，還得請示才給，島上瓶裝水這麼珍貴？酒店早飯拿雞蛋當個吃也是頭一次見

一分都不想給，前台是個男的，服務態度極差，房間很小很小，進門一米就到床邊了，床離電視不到一米。晚上2點來鍾，有幾個男女青年客人，估計是酒喝多了，又哭又笑又打又罵還摔東西，還在屋裡吸煙，煙味肆意飄到我們的房間，我是被煙味和打架的吵鬧聲吵醒的，直到快天亮，隔壁房沒了動靜，我們才睡着，很差的酒店。當時老公都要出去説一下，被我攔住了，那幫男女喝了酒，撒酒瘋，根本不會聽，我給前台打電話，打了十幾分鍾都沒人接聽，差一點報警。以後再來不會住這家酒店了，環境太差，服務差。

酒店的設施相對略顯老舊，要吐槽的是我看是掛牌三星，辦理入住衹給了一張房卡，出門不方便，所以跟前台一個長髮姑娘溝通再給我辦理一張房卡，跟我講加房卡需要交100元按金，我同意了，然後又告訴我大床房衹能辦理一張房卡，我問這是什麼規定？她回答：您明天幾點吃早飯？真是服了，所答非所問，直接把我的問題略過，表情告訴我懶得理你。第二天早上先生去前台直接又給辦了一張卡，沒有任何廢話！另外酒店的早餐不是自助，是份飯且要求8:30前要到餐廳用餐，請問出來玩要跟上班打卡一樣準時且早起嗎？
優點：餐廳的大姐們服務特別熱情周到！前台另一位短髮小姑娘也很熱情，服務到位！另外定的海景窗外景色還是不錯的！

從煙台過來，入住時間比較晚，海景房根本看不到海，衞生間返味兒，應該是養馬島上，經營比較早的酒店，傳統酒店裝修，中規中矩，設施比較陳舊，早餐時間衹有一小時，七點到八點，人為造成人員聚集，建議早餐時間適當延長，服務很好，人員都很熱情，軟件沒毛病，硬件該升級了，不然對不起這個價格
