從不寫評價，但是這裏很想寫一寫。😋
優點：房間很滿意，四合院的景色也很美，房東個子高高的，很有文藝氣息，而且特別熱情。不止租房，還有導遊兼廚師服務🤭，給我們講了所城裡的歷史和周邊的景點，我們受益匪淺，晚上還幫我們蒸了海鮮。身為遊客，在不熟悉的城市，卻有這樣一份温暖，覺得特別貼心。
缺點：院子大門是門閂式的，所以私密性很差。退房當天早上7點多，就有保潔阿姨在收拾院子。我和老公對於陌生人的突然闖入感到很不舒服，便提出讓她等我們走了再收拾，緊接着家裡人在吃早飯的時候，又有好幾個人走進廚房，把喜字堆放在那，開始在院子裏貼貼貼（第二天好像有人結婚）。我們又一次提出等我們退房在收拾。
全程房東衹提到明天有人結婚，對於會有工作人員提前進來的事情衹字未提。大早上我們都還在睡覺，雖然卧室門是鎖着的，但是想想如果是晚上，還是挺恐怖的。
不過，如果提前告知房東，我們想要保證私密性和安全性。他應該也不會讓人進來吧。

民宿很舒服，老闆是做大生意的人，和藹穩重。第一天入住幫助拎行李安排入住喝茶。民宿位於所城裡裏面出遊很方便。民宿很安靜，一點也不吵，也沒有隔音問題。老闆熱心推薦停車地方，停一天才20塊錢。照片沒有拍太多實屬可惜。值得推薦！寵物友好！

老闆特別熱情，房間也特別好。古色古香，感覺煙台最有意思的地方就是所城裡，住在這裏白天夜晚的景色都能欣賞到。感覺房間裏每一個小細節都花心思了，謝謝寵物友好。冬天也很暖和，也不潮濕，下次來煙台還會定在這裏。

在所城裡，房間大小和如家酒店等差不多，有地暖，進門就可以感受到温暖，房東也熱情，唯一不足，建議提高一下牙刷和梳子的質量，牙刷掉毛嚴重，梳子太軟了，另外熱水器熱水供應太慢了，一個人洗完澡要等水加熱半個小時第二個人才能洗，其他都還不錯

和家人一起來煙台旅遊，帶着小狗，這家寵物友好，所以選擇這裏，位置環境服務都很不錯。中間有些小問題，老闆積極主動解決，很滿意。

接待的大哥身上有一種藝術家的氣質，説話温文爾雅。還給我們介紹了那城裡這些四合院房子的歷史淵源，非常舒心。這裏的每個院子都很精緻，我們住的院子是獨棟，為了給孩子有個小院子盡情玩雪。孩子確實也是玩的非常開心，還堆了雪人，以後有機會還會過來。

老闆人太好了，暴雪後返程趕火車打不到車，老闆親子送我們到火車站，結果自己返回家的時候因為雪太大堵車兩個多小時。小院很美，拍了很多照片，還喝到老闆親手做的拉花咖啡，孩子在煙台一天多，哪裡都不想去，衹想就在院子裏玩雪，體驗感滿滿，以後有機會還會去的！
