優點是位置好、能帶狗、停車方便、自助入住、老闆熱心。300多的價格本不算貴，但是內部環境、衞生條件實在有待加強，之前住客用過的肥皂就直接扔在鏡面櫃最上面，讓人哭笑不得，床靠背已經發黃，裝修上很簡陋，衞生間那側沒有窗簾，六點房間就很亮，淋浴間用的材質很差，都發黴了，移門和淋浴設施也都是水漬，真心建議老闆換個清潔工，不然真的不會有回頭客。

民宿獨立小院，住起來很舒服，老闆人超好，為我規劃了所有出行路線，推薦了很多好吃的。小院離個園走路兩三分鐘，也有出名的早茶點，出行方便像回家一樣的感覺

房間很乾凈 地理位置很優越～離哪哪都很近～房東老闆很靠譜很熱情 會提前加微信推薦很多遊玩地點和吃的喝的 很棒的一次出遊～

不謀面的老闆有問必答，功略非常詳細，實惠，推薦的早茶很好吃，遊玩線路很合理。住處安靜，乾淨，房間很大。雖沒有看到服務員和老闆，但衹要微信聯繫第一時間回覆，有求必應好商量，給了客人回家般的足夠自由的空間。門口不遠就是綠樹成蔭的運河，過橋就是個園，距離東關街慢慢步行十分鐘可到，個人小建議：一早進個園走走看看，等旅遊團來了可從另一個入口出，就是東關街了。
