設施：非常新且齊全，整體感覺舒適，智能馬桶，電吹風，空氣凈化器等設施很實用。設施一流。
衞生：空氣清新，每天清理更換，乾淨衞生，無異味，温馨。
環境：離宋夾城公園200米左右，公園很大，茶餘飯後散散步很合適。離瘦西湖東門約800米，泡温泉就在瘦西湖温泉酒店裡，瘦西湖東門南側100米，有接駁車，非常方便。建議遊玩瘦西湖南門進，東門出，直接泡温泉去。吃飯方便，趣園茶社就在一樓，定的房間含早餐，味道很好。
服務：服務一流，熱情好客，給升級了房間，每天水果，酸奶，還提供晾衣架，離店還送了揚州特產牛皮糖。現在酒店活動價，非常划算，含瘦西湖門票，早餐，温泉等等。

房間住的很滿意帶長者出來玩酒店前台的小葉服務非常好👍，讓人覺得賓至如歸，酒店的設施設備也非常高級房間的衞生環境都很好，酒店還有班車可以送到瘦西湖和温泉整體體驗感超棒，下次來揚州還會選擇這家酒店的👍👍

服務不錯，前台的美女各方面介紹很詳細。房間居然開了夜床，有酸奶，還貼心的放了泡腳桶。房間隔音是不太好，但是晚上很安靜，睡的挺好的。房間設施設備還不錯，不開空調也很温暖，熱水出水很快。停車場有充電樁，方便。趣園的早餐也不用排隊，2人吃正好的～有班車可以去瘦西湖和温泉，提前問好時間，自己開車也不遠，挺方便的。套餐裏包含了瘦西湖門票，建議西門進，直達核心景點，景區的船、電瓶車、人力車都不便宜，天氣晴朗，景色不錯，開春一定更美。温泉晚上去泡的，一點不冷，人不多，隨便泡，洛神花茶不錯，酒店還贈送了20元代金券，可以消費，二樓休息區的休閑項目有些坑，體驗感很一般，而且在結算時發現和價目表不一致，解釋説是有2個外包公司，最後做了減免。總體來説攜程這個套餐很划算，2天1晚各方面體驗不錯。

酒店位置很好，有接駁車送到瘦西湖那邊，早餐是趣園早茶，提前跟前台約好送到房間裏的，分量超足，根本吃不完，我們是去的瘦西湖夜場，六點入場，打鐵花火鳳凰舞獅表演真的很精彩，然後九點出園去對面泡温泉，泡完温泉從旁邊的宋城公園穿過去就回到酒店。退房時酒店還送了香牌，總體感覺很不錯，尤其是過年期間性價比還是很高的了

所謂的套房就是房間大了一點，同一個空間像個桶子，多了一組沙發，整個房間給人的感覺老舊，衞生間淋浴房很大的騷味

揚州瘦西湖温泉門票（需自帶泳衣泳帽）:温泉很不錯，值得再來！我們住的宋城度假酒店位置很好，旁邊就是體育公園，適合帶娃來玩！酒店服務很好，特別是前台幾位工作人員，很耐心很貼心！酒店一樓就是著名的趣園茶樓（宋城店），晚餐也很好！很方便不用排隊！早餐沒有贈送，但是我們下樓就看到很多人在趣園茶社排隊早茶了，我們退房開車去了當地特色的金帶園吃早茶（個園旁邊），性價比非常高！很值得去，本地老年人很多。本次的揚州行還是很值得的，下次非假期再來

酒店位置靠近瘦西湖，但旁邊是公園，因此環境幽靜雅緻，且較為安靜。入住時前台姐姐接待熱情，且將我們的房型進行了升級，非常感激。酒店早餐是趣園早茶套餐，內容豐富，也可以加單點內容。房間寬敞明亮，且景觀別緻。退房後有東西落在房間內，也特別感謝酒店工作人員琪琪和小葉把遺落物品幫我郵寄～總而言之是非常愉快的入住體驗^^

酒店毗鄰宋夾城體育休閑公園，晚間非常安靜，對於怕吵的人來説非常合適。距離各主要景點特別是瘦西湖景區也不遠，打車都在10塊錢左右（大運河博物館除外），酒店每個整點也有班車去瘦西湖東門附近。房間寬敞，相對比較乾淨。酒店工作人員都很熱情，入住的第二天白天暴走了一天，回到房間驚喜地發現酒店工作人員給提前準備了泡腳桶👍酒店一樓就有趣園分店，非節假日去的，完全不用排隊，隨到隨吃，也不吵鬧，很好。

第二次來揚州，十幾年前來過一次哈哈，現在是拖家帶口的旅行。臨走時才拍的照片，入住體驗非常棒，孩子很喜歡，遺憾的是第2天是下雨天沒法出遊，整體感覺棒棒噠景色宜人空氣清新環境優美，設施完善設備也很新，值得入住的酒店。退房時小驚喜還有伴手禮，期待下次再見。
