Let me tell you the reasons for the negative reviews during my three-night stay on May 1st (I have stayed in a hotel so many times and I have never received a negative review. This time I am really speechless! There is absolutely no lie!) 1. The hotel is not clean! 👎We lived on the first floor. As soon as we entered the corridor, there was a smell, and it was very stuffy. Anyway, it smelled very bad! After the aunt finished cleaning and mopping the floor, there was still a fishy smell, which was the same as the smell after mopping the floor during school cleaning. Then there are a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel! Very big! There are mosquitoes buzzing in my ears in the middle of the night... Finally, the shower cap in the hotel was originally intended to be used without washing my hair one night, but I found that the shower cap was not unpacked but had sand and ants inside! (It was a real ant! Absolutely not lying!) We also changed rooms once because of the noise, and the shower cap in the second room was also dirty! 2. The sound insulation of the hotel is very poor! On the first day of my stay, I was woken up by construction outside the window at around six o'clock in the morning. When I opened the curtains, I saw that I was directly at the first construction site! Who knows, a few uncles were shoveling cement across the window, less than two meters away from me in the room! My eyes really darkened when I saw it! The curtains are not light-blocking either, they are very bright! I was woken up at about 6:45 the next day. I only stayed for three days in total, okay... (I still have the recording and video of that time on my phone). Secondly, I could hear the conversation next door clearly. Even when the delivery man knocked on the door and said that the delivery had arrived, I couldn't tell who he was talking to. I called out to the door and when I opened the door, I found it was the delivery shop opposite... 3. The people at the front desk didn't feel like service workers, like they were here to act as ladies, and their attitude was very bad. We asked for an extra quilt on the night we checked in. The princess at the front desk (the front desk on the night of April 30th) said that because it was full on May Day, there was no quilt and we couldn’t add one. (This reason is really ridiculous, but we didn’t want to talk about it again at night, so we just asked the front desk Taiwan said they would add another quilt the next day) Secondly, on the night of check-in, I found that there was no shampoo in the bathroom. I told the front desk (I was still the same princess), and the front desk said that my aunt was not here, so I had to wait until the next day. There was no shampoo, so how could I wash my hair? I ask the aunt for shampoo. What does your front desk do? I called the front desk twice and asked the front desk three times in person about adding quilts. I was wondering if I was adding a quilt instead of a bed. Is this request excessive or something? (The hotel had an empty room at that time, so there was definitely a quilt) Also, because we were woken up at 6 o'clock in the morning for two consecutive days and asked to change rooms, (the front desk on the night of May 1st) was unwilling to change us, even if there were available rooms, it was the same front desk who came to work on the morning of May 2nd. They changed it for us and helped us carry the quilt over, which was okay. All the points mentioned above are true. I really couldn’t help but write a long review because the experience was so bad!

There is no soundproofing at all. You can hear people talking clearly in the next room. The environment is so bad that you can see into the room through the cracks in the door.

The first time I gave a negative review, I was completely speechless. I used Ctrip to delay check-out until 2 o'clock, but I called me the next day and told me that check-out was always at 12 o'clock. So why can Ctrip at your store allow you to check out at 2 o'clock?

Anyway, I won’t stay here next time.
