This hotel has an atmosphere of peacefulness and elegance. It mixes Chinese architectural qualities fused with a bit of modernity. The hotel is embedded right in the heart of the West Street area shops and this makes it super convenient.
The room is cozy with quality bedding and pillows. Even as it was extremely cold outside, the AC heating was great and kept the room nice and warm. Pine House's staff did everything to go out of their way and help me, as a foreigner who needed some help with few things. It was my birthday and they allowed the rooftop area to be open for awhile for myself and other guests to take pictures with the mountains in the backdrop.
I really appreciate that their great hospitality at a time when they were overly busy. Thank you and Xin Nian Kuai Le🌻🎉🎈🏮🎊

Overall experience was excellent.
Location is very convenient as it is located near downtown where you can find yangshuo west street area. It has many shops, convenience store and restaurants nearby that offers local cuisine and authentic food. Hotel receptionists at Pine House hotel are very accommodating. Hotel rooms are clean and cozy that you can enjoy and relax the beautiful scenic view. They also offers breakfast in the morning (Chinese food). The weather is sunny but temperature is quite cold, so don’t forget to bring thick jacket specially during CNY holiday season.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. Although I was staying alone, I wanted to turn on the air conditioner for a while because the room was cold. She readily gave me another room card. The service was also very considerate. The room was clean and tidy, and it was very comfortable to live in. I recommend it.
