A very high-quality hotel. Excellent rooms, quiet. No problems with hot water or air conditioning. Polite staff.

Excellent location, right next to the mall, so everything is close by. It's about a 40-minute drive from the airport. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a great view. It was quiet and well-equipped. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming, and the doorman was also great. I'll definitely be staying here again!

The Hotel location is very convenient. Easy to go from one place to another. The cleanliness,service and price are fair. But the hotel location is wrong at Google maps and it's so troublesome to take grab when we choose pick up point or destination.

The hotel's location is close to downtown. The room was alright, but not very soundproof. You could hear the cleaning staff in the next room. The bathroom didn't separate the wet and dry areas, and the floor in the shower area was slippery; I had to wear flip-flops to avoid slipping. When I checked in, I noticed the toilet paper was almost out, but they didn't replace it with a new roll, leaving the old one that was nearly finished after just one use. One of the towels was old and looked dirty, and the bath mat was old and dark. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast tasted good with a decent variety.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, and the location is good. But most important is the staff. All of them are so friendly and always ready to help you. Always smiling. I would like to mention Vanessa, Lucas, Thomas, and Chef Concierge Moo Thaw for their excellent service. I wish all of them a great future in their career. Thank you. 😊

The reception staff was extremely helpful, from guiding me around the city to any other requests I had I was unwell on my last days in Yangon and the staff helped me with a late checkout I appreciate all their help and assistance and extremely good service The hotel is in the middle of china town and lots of shops and hawkers for food and fresh fruit are around Hotel is walking distance to downtown and sule pagoda

Завтрак приносят (выбора нет): обычно рис с горошком и яйцом, также есть бананы, сок и можно попросить чай или кофе. Из минусов: не было горячей воды — только прохладная. Комната очень маленькая, больше подходит, чтобы просто переночевать. С кондиционером в таком пространстве может быть некомфортно. Итог: хороший бюджетный вариант на 1–2 дня, но для более длительного проживания может быть неудобно.

This is an established hotel in a great location. Being a 5-star property, the hospitality is impeccable. This was my return visit after a year and a half, and I was even more satisfied with the enhanced breakfast offerings. My only minor complaint is that the water temperature in the bathroom wasn't quite hot enough. Given that this hotel, including breakfast, is the same price as the Pan Pacific without breakfast, the choice really comes down to whether you prioritize breakfast or facilities.

This hotel boasts a super convenient downtown location, surrounded by numerous restaurants, shops, and even a shopping mall. However, be aware that it gets very crowded with people and traffic during the day, and can feel a bit chaotic at night. The staff are well-trained and genuinely helpful, and the overall service, including housekeeping, is excellent. The room was spacious – perhaps even too big for one person. The bathroom facilities were clean and easy to use. My only minor wish is that the lighting in the room could be a bit brighter. Breakfast was decent, but it felt a little less impressive compared to other hotels in Yangon in the same price range. If you enjoy Chinese or Indian cuisine, you'll probably find it satisfactory. Overall, if you're looking for comfort and a central downtown location, this hotel is definitely a solid choice.

The room was very nice and clean, and the location was excellent, just a ten-minute walk from Aung San Market. This was my second stay. Thank you to the wonderful people here for letting me spend my last night in Yangon here.
