環境古樸雅緻，曲經通幽，工作人員熱心，尤其前台肖美女和另一個帥哥認真負責，房務總監專業，感謝帶給我們美好的回憶！！早餐品質很好，唯一的缺點就是位餐對與大胃王來説量少了點。😁😁😁

特別感謝小肖經理一對一管家服務，加了微信細心溝通，入住前提前安排好房間，還升了級。入住期間也熱心詢問並提供了許多幫助，必須大大點贊👍。酒店及所在景區環境優美，很適合親子。小朋友希望再來應該是最高的評價。😊

到景區門口有酒店小車來接，退房也可以讓酒店送到景區門口，辦理完入住有酒店人員引導去房間還會和你説下怎麼操作池子放水排水，我是在酒店用晚餐，酒店前台妹子會給我介紹，服務是真的沒話説，房間設施新開業的都很好，前台小劉我辦完退房，給我小禮品還送我出酒店，總體我很滿意，期待下次別漲價我還會來

自從被南京頤和公館種草後，對這個國貨品牌還是很看好的，正好看到頤和來到了鹽城，五一立馬拖家帶口來體驗江南水鄉的頤和。這家的環境優雅美麗，小橋流水，閣樓環繞，風光秀麗！再説一下服務，絕對屬於國內一流，隨叫隨到的接駁車小潘，熱情周到的管家孫莉，關懷備至的總監侯闖、以及為我們在萬國春吃飯時服務得無微不至的張婷，絕對給頤和湖畔加分不少！對酒店的洗漱用品也很喜歡，甜橙、檸檬草、金盞花組成的配方健康乾淨，帶着一絲絲的香甜。再次感謝頤和湖畔熱情貼心的服務，長者孩子都很喜歡💕，有機會下次一定再來😊！

自己一拖二過了個週末，酒店免費升級了房間，房間很大，有各種水、飲料、水果、點心，院子裏有湯池有小亭子，湯池足夠大，可根據需要隨時放水，孩子們晚上玩了第二天上午又玩了倆小時，酒店很安靜，園林式建築讓人心生歡喜，送了早餐和午餐，早餐的魚湯麪、雞蛋餅、雞湯小餛飩、茶葉蛋……每一樣都超好吃，午餐安排了包間，有專門的服務人員，真的是vvip待遇了，酒店在大洋灣風景區，無論去哪裡都會安排接駁車接送，其實這個酒店的價格我沒有多大期待的，但是事實證明物超所值，很適合帶孩子週末休閑放鬆一下，超棒！

酒店就在景區內湖邊，非常便利，生態環境非常好。房型升級了湖景套房，遠眺登瀛閣，景色宜人。雖然房間電子設備有點小問題，但房務經理侯總得知後非常上心，積極協調解決，親自接送我們去景區各個景點，安排餐廳，還送了我們遊船，切切實實讓人體會到了賓至如歸👍

再次來到大洋灣看櫻花，今年又沒選好最佳時間，今年天氣回暖的晚，櫻花基本沒開，而且還下大雨，還好有美貌的頤和湖畔彌補，張經理提前就加了微信對接各項事宜，入住後碰到的小肖和小蒲等美女服務也都很貼心，酒店的温泉也是一如既往的超級贊，讓我們從入住一直在酒店泡到退房的這一段酒店遊感受也很完美。
第二天終於不下雨了，退房後酒店的美女還接送櫻花園，拍到了僅有的幾顆開了花的樹😂😂在再定了個酒店的遊船大洋灣一號，98一位帶茶點，環湖一圈，棒棒噠～
