We stayed at the hotel as a family. The check-in process was easy and quick. Being able to check in at 9 a.m. was also great. The staff members were helpful and friendly. The room was nice and spacious. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the area where the hotel is situated was very quiet and relaxing over the May holidays. Breakfast was lovely; there were Chinese and western food options. Just a suggestion: with the floors of the room being dusty, it would be great if the hotel had basic cleaning equipment, especially for longer stays (I do not feel comfortable contacting the staff to clean the room, especially with the language barrier, so it would just be easy to do it myself quickly). It would also be great if a microwave, plates, cutlery, and serving utensils could be included in rooms, especially for longer stays and for parents with children. Having rooms with a play area would also be awesome, and I would definitely pay more if the above were included. There is also room service available from the cafe on the first floor, where drinks and sandwiches can be delivered to your room, or you can enjoy it downstairs with a great book from the library. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It's only ten minutes away from the high-speed rail station. Parking is very convenient. Atour is my first choice every time I go on a business trip.

The environment is as clean as ever, but unfortunately I still can't adapt to the lighting of Atour. I want to read a book but I can't find a suitable reading light. It's so dim. The best thing is the robot delivery. The lazy cancer patient said it was very good, but unfortunately forgot the Meng Meng Da robot to take pictures.

The price is super high, the room is clean and has no odor, spacious and bright, and the big bed is big enough, enough for a family of four 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦! The tea and coffee in the tea counter are the highlights, I recommend everyone to try it, and the drinks in the refrigerator are free, praise 👍!
