The room air-conditioning is a bit too warm. We can't sleep well there. Other than that overall is good.
Very convenient location. Is very near to the Yanagawa Station. You can see the Yanagawa Station when you standing at the main entrance of the hotel. There got Lawson in 3 mins walking distance.
The hotel dinner is excellent. As the pictures shown. It's looks nicely and delicious as well, and the portions is making us satisfying too. We are too rushing and we forgot to take pictures for the hotel breakfast.

They had problems with my booking because of their internet , it took more than 10 minutes to sort out my booking .
Staying in the hotel is the worst Wi-Fi ever in all my stay in any hotel , it was on and off , eventually I was so fed up I just
switch the Wi-Fi off !
Their fake spa which I tried was so bad because it stink of bleach like swimming pool , I had to leave in less than a minute!
I would say this hotel is the worst experience stay!

We stayed at this hotel for two days, and the location was great as it was right in front of the station. We had a rental car, so it was even better because there was free parking. Above all, the breakfast was so hearty, delicious, and better than expected. Next time I travel around here, I would like to stay at this hotel. The location is great, because it gets dark when we get to Yanagawa, so I choose one that's close to the station. It's really close, just go down the east exit stairs. The room is very clean and well-equipped. Dinner is open until 9pm, and you can pay at the front desk. Breakfast ends at nine o'clock the next day. Suitcases can be stored for later travel.
