衞生很好。位置很好，就在火車站旁邊。大廳前台的服務員態度很好有問必答。電梯比較老舊。酒店的一次性用品配備不足，抽紙每天大概給不到二十張，給前台和清潔阿姨都提過不見改善，希望酒店“大氣”點。

離火車站很近，非常方便，早餐也豐富，好吃，酒店乾淨、舒適。
火車站出站，往左邊走，不到5分鐘就可以到了。

環境不錯，在延安算是比較貴的價位了，就在火車站旁邊，很方便，去市裡也很近，不過因為酒店距離火車軌道太近，高鐵過站的噪音還是不小的。
前台服務很好，很熱情。退房也夠快。不過沒有一次性馬桶套，建議改善。
早餐沒吃上，不做評價，總體來説，值得推薦。
