This is a tough one to review. The staff and overall facilities were fine, and the bed looked and smelled normal. However, that night I felt an intense itch on my arm while sleeping. I initially thought it was a mosquito bite and didn't think much of it. Later, I discovered it wasn't just my arm; I also had several very itchy red spots on my left side. They've been continuously itching for several days now. After looking it up, it seems consistent with bed bug bites...

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. They even have a little robot that delivers items, which is a great touch. The facilities are comprehensive and top-notch. Excellent front desk service. Staff upgraded us to a high-floor river-view room and allowed us to check in early. Good location at one end of the famous Lang Bridge and lots of eateries nearby.
