衞生條件十分差，一進房門，這麼冷的天，房間裏空調都還是熱的，熱水壺裡燒的的水都還是熱的沒來得及倒掉，洗手池裡麪還有兩根毛兒。刷牙的玻璃杯上還有牙膏印子，洗手池水龍頭水印也很明顯，很明顯就是沒打掃的。
緊接着在床上發現了很多毛兒和黑點兒，睡的這兩夜渾身刺撓。一看就是上一位客人入駐之後，床單被套枕套都沒換，直接就讓下一位客人入住了，真噁心。

吵，很吵，非常吵，又吵又破。
房間裏的空調就是擺設，開了一晚上一點用都沒有，因為太冷了，拿了一床被子，被子都是黃色的污漬。
房間沒有一次性拖鞋，也沒有礦泉水。
保潔很吵，中午和早上都是被保潔吵醒的，一直和其他保潔聊天，大笑，根本睡不了。
馬桶上都是黃色污漬，不知道是什麼，太噁心了。
床墊都壞了，睡的都硌人。
在一個洗浴中心，但是賓館和洗浴是分開的，什麼都不能去，也很噁心。

酒店很好，位置方便，去西湖跟各個景點都很方便，附近有很多便利店和水果店，有停車場，出城也方便，出門出去直接天目山路。

房間性價比非常高，就是有兩點，第一，一點的時候被催一點半之前退房（訂的時候説是兩點），第二，昨天入住的時候我特地問了，有位男性負責人説隨時都可以喊閘機旁邊的服務員幫我開，但今天退房要走的時候旁邊的水城服務員竟然不給我開，讓我喊遠處大門的酒店前台給我開（遠處的酒店前台在給別的客户辦理入住），我等了一會，要求開閘機的第二次拿手牌給我開了，但是嘴上對我抱怨説為什麼不讓遠處的那個人給我開，語氣也很不好。昨天那位承諾給我隨時開門的男負責人挺熱情的，要不然服務衹有一星

就這個價格是比較優惠的，和旁邊水城同一個門和電梯。房間打掃的不乾淨，地面還有小垃圾！一大早走道阿姨就大聲説話，要打掃衞生，整體人員服務態度一般吧！

設施挺新的，除了空調不行！酒店整體挺好的，一個人住性價比挺好的！進出門的門壞了不能修修嗎？進出衹有兩個閘機門，還壞了一個，每次過都特別麻煩！太損酒店的形象了！

賓館好找，價格美麗。周圍都是好吃的。有專門的停車場，停車很方便，還有專人看。服務周到，很耐心。設施齊全，環境安靜。

為了能一起搓麻將定的，結果麻將機壞了好幾次，總是接觸不良，也不能換房間。以為礦泉水是免費的，結果第二天扣費。房間一共三個插座，兩個在衞生間，還是給水壺和吹風機用的，空調製冷效果不好，且煙味特別重空氣不循環睡覺要嗆暈。廁所裏也沒放紙。但是裝修還可以，挺乾淨的。
