The personal was lovely and very helping despite the language barrier. We could check in a little bit earlier than planned and thanks to that I had extra time for a bubble bath and swimming pool session. The garden is beautiful and everything is well maintained. The room was a bit small but that was expected and we only were there for two nights so not a problem.
The finca is close to a main road in Chiconcuac which means that you can get out and look for restaurants easily.
Overall, a great surprise after a whole week in a hectic Mexico City.

When I arrived, the hotel was closed and there was nobody there. I called and half an hour later, someone showed up to open. The toilet did not work, and when I told them, the response was “Sometimes the toilets don’t work”. So they gave me a bucket to flush the toilet. The shower was a trickle of warm water. Incredibly, the property is overpriced.

Las fotos nada que ver con lo que es en realidad, súper caro para lo que es, huele mal, la ubicación terrible no hay nada cerca para comer ni para hacer, las habitaciones se ven viejas y en mal estado NO RECOMIENDO para nada

En la descripción de la reservación prometían una cama Queen Size y era matrimonial. La habitación es muy pequeña. A los alrededores hay algunas calles sin pavimentar.

Realmente fue usado para bañarme y dormir. Cumple con eso, la alberca se ve bien yel jacuzzi pero no use. Limpieza 10. Por comodidad no el 10 pues falta una silla o algo en la habitación.

Lo sencillo NO debe estar peleado con la limpieza. Jamás regresaría a este lugar.
- Los cuartos huelen mal
- Lavabo muy sucio y con mal olor
- El WC no se va el agua bien, tienes que jalar varias veces
- El agua de la regadera es una desgracia, sale para todos lados y con nada de presión. No me pude bañar
Para lo que pagué me parece un robo. Ojalá ******* me reembolse algo por esta mala experiencia

La sencillez NO debe estar peleada con la limpieza. Jamás regresaría a este lugar - Las habitaciones con mal olor - Lavabo sucio y con mal olor - WC no se va el agua hasta que jalas varias ocasiones - El agua de la regadera sale para todos lados, no me pude bañar - Almohadas y sábanas sucias (con pelos)
