定房間，還送了洗浴中心的門票，一下感覺性價比很高了。洗浴中心不很大，但設施齊全，水池也很乾凈。不好意思白佔便宜，消費了搓背和飲料。房間裝修很新，床具很舒適，這一點很贊！ 附近幾百米外的二手車市場裏有充電樁。 總之這次給了滿分。

喆啡的裝潢一直是不錯的，但是一開始的房間異味較大，提出換一間房。服務人員説房間滿了沒法換房，我們一直堅持換房最後幫忙換了一間套房。最後還是很滿意的。

真的是挺不錯的 而且離着忻州古城也不遠 周圍算是商圈 也有吃的 停車還免費 然後房間的建築風格我很喜歡 超級贊 房間裏面也很乾凈。

酒店的服務接待很木訥，電話打不通還不自知，七點半到酒店，幹坐着等服務人員鋪床單，屋內有蟑螂，餐廳也是，這不好的服務都被我趕上了麼，早餐那個大媽陰陽臉，看人下菜碟，最不能理解的是，家庭房衹給兩張餐券，第三個人想吃就要單獨交費，這裏絕對沒有主動服務意識，你問什麼回答不知道要麼不清楚，要麼就是不好意思

停車場特別難找，商家電話打不通，打了四五個才開始接，告訴你停車場在哪，開的車就在那繞
和會所什麼的都在一起，電梯特別小

服務：房間裏的電話都是壞的，裏面的洗頭膏沐浴露都是用的小瓶，結果都是空瓶還特別難用，要上個洗頭膏，還得給他用手機打成三個電話才能打通。
裏面的洗澡的水一會兒冷，一會兒熱，一會兒冰一會兒燙。

能評到這個星級都是靠裝修吧！首先導航位置就不清晰，需要導航體檢中心才能找到停車場，這種情況建議酒店提前聯繫客户告知，再有前台衹告訴導航到體檢中心，後面怎麼走不説，總而言之不好找，温泉洗浴就是澡堂子裏面有個大池子，早餐普普通通，連咖啡都沒有，包子是外面買的速凍的，難吃
