The service at the front desk is very good, the young lady is very thoughtful, she helped me search for nucleic acid testing sites, and helped me store my luggage. The room is generally good, but there is a cockroach that came out of nowhere at night and then hid. 🌝🌝In addition, it is relatively close to the road and will be affected by the sound of cars outside.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the commercial street and Temple Street. It is very convenient to buy a lot of things as soon as you go out. If you are close to the riverside and Wenchang Bridge, you can take a walk and enjoy the river view. The room was clean and comfortable, which is good for the price. The location of this hotel is very good, in the middle of Xinxing Temple Street, convenient transportation, many restaurants around, the staff at the service desk are warm and friendly, and the check-in and check-out are very fast. Clean and hygienic, spacious and bright, parking guidelines in place, quiet, twin beds are 1.5 meters wide bed, shower water flow is strong and comfortable. There is a washing machine and clothes can be dried in the room.
Check out at two o'clock, and you can sleep after running the marathon.
All aspects are great, I am sorry for the emerging people if I don't like it!

SSophyJiangmanlvhuiThere are many hotels with Zen culture as the theme, but there are very few that truly have connotations. Walking into the hotel lobby, you will know that Zen Spring is definitely an exception.
It is said that the lobby cost 100 million yuan, all of which are made of imported teak and traditional mortise and tenon structure, with unique design and exquisite craftsmanship. Not a single nail was used, and it is magnificent. The lobby also displays a set of valuable mahogany tables and chairs, where guests can sit and rest when checking in.
💁Service: The hotel's good service can be felt from the moment you enter the door. The porter leads us to the front desk, and all employees stand up to greet us. The front desk ladies have sweet smiles, are humane and flexible according to the needs of the guests, and have a positive attitude. During the stay, all the employees who met on the road greeted warmly without exception, which shows that the training management is in place.
After completing the registration procedures, the exquisite maintenance visible to the naked eye on the way to the guest room, it is hard to believe that this is a hotel that has been in operation for nearly ten years.
🛏️Guest room: Lingnan style door design, comfortable interior space, and lush greenery outside the window. A full set of Laotian rosewood Ming-style furniture is also well maintained. I really want to give it a thumbs up. 👍Independent tea room, independent luggage cloakroom, the overall style is elegant, simple and luxurious. The guest rooms are also equipped with disinfection cabinets and towel disinfection cabinets, which is very reassuring.
🍃Environment: The hotel covers an area of more than 200 acres, with a construction area of 76,000 square meters. It has six large courtyards, landscape gardens, lakes, and green trees, forming a beautiful natural painting. It's a pity that I only stayed for one night this time and couldn't savor it carefully.
🏊Entertainment: The hotel has rich entertainment facilities. In addition to hot springs, there are also sutra copying, Zen tea room, fitness center, swimming pool, tennis court, and a small cinema with uninterrupted playback. It's a pity that its rosewood exhibition hall is not open, so I couldn't find out and broaden my horizons.
🍽️Food: The hotel has Chinese, vegetarian and Western restaurants. 1️⃣Dinner was arranged at Baiweiyuan. The restaurant has a large space and specializes in Shunde cuisine. The products are very good. Hotel guests also have a 100 yuan meal voucher discount. 2️⃣After dinner, go to the leisure bar to sit for a while. The decoration of vinyl records and the wine storage room make the bar very romantic. The smoothie drink coupon given when checking in is just right for use. 3️⃣The hotel breakfast is also quite rich. I like these steaming stalls the most, including soup noodles, rice noodle rolls, porridge, steamed food, fried food, etc., which are beautiful.
After breakfast, stroll along the corridor. There are finely carved Shiwan sculptures all the way, with a strong Zen atmosphere, which can be called a classic handed down from generation to generation.
The biggest feeling of this stay is the generosity of the hotel owner. These high-end rosewood furniture and collection-level works are displayed to guests without reservation, and let the guests experience them in person, which is precious.
The hotel is only 2 hours away from Guangzhou by car. Next to it is Guo'en Temple, which has free admission, ancient cultural relics, Buddhist relics, and prayers for happiness. I will come here in the future to experience its Lingnan Zen, health preservation, and garden culture.

There is a laundry room, which also solves the laundry problem of families who are out for many days. A multi-person hot spring has a bunch of wet clothes, which is washed and dried in the hotel. The balcony with drying racks is also very intimate. The most intimate and satisfying thing is that there is a customer service Axian's company from the beginning of the check-in. When you check in, you scan WeChat at the front desk. After you check in, you can reply to the consultation at any time during the day and night. Axian also helps to coordinate and solve the problem properly. A trip with good memories. Come back next holiday.

As soon as I opened the door, it was the theme room that my daughter had been dreaming about. This is the first compliment. The room was very clean and tidy. This is the second compliment. Yesterday afternoon at noon, the sister of the guest room sent fruit in the rain. This is the third compliment. There is a hot spring pool on the balcony of the room, and there is also a large hot spring pool in the garden. My daughter can swim in the large hot spring pool (although she can only swim a few steps), but she is also happy. This is the fourth compliment. The hotel also gave a bag of specialties, which is very thoughtful. This is the fifth compliment. This is my first time here. In short, I am very satisfied with all aspects. I told the customer service lady who came back to visit that I would bring my mother back next week or so.

GGuest UserThis was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall.
We are already looking forward to returning next year!
