We booked a three-bedroom villa during a promotion and even got a room upgrade! The garden has direct access to the waterway, and both the pool and hot springs are excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the butler was very prompt in resolving any issues. Highly recommended!

Booked a family trip with friends and the weather was perfect! The Venice-style canal experience was amazing. Even though it's a bit chilly now, the kids still didn't want to get out of the water. It would be even better to visit in the summer. There were also many hot spring pools to choose from, and the scenery was superb. We even got a private pool! The service was excellent and I highly recommend it.

Came here for a family vacation with the kids and stayed in the hydro-suite this time. It was super convenient to be able to just step out and hop into the water slides! The hotel has a great variety of facilities that are perfect for kids. Both the water slides and the hot spring areas were very clean, so we could really relax and enjoy ourselves. The kids had a blast, and so did the adults. We'll definitely be back!

This is our second time here, and it's perfect for families with kids. Adults can enjoy the hot springs while the little ones splash around in the swimming channels. A very satisfying stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the butler service was exceptionally attentive. This is the first time I've given a one-star review. Out of all the hot springs in Guangdong, this is the worst. The signage is confusing, and the service is terrible—I've never seen such poor service before. They didn't say which floor my room was on, or how to get hot and cold water from the pools. There were no signs or instructions at all. For such an expensive night, they didn't even provide a hairdryer! I had to wait ages to have one delivered from the front desk. It was absolutely awful. This is my honest experience; I will never go there again.
