是老酒店改造的，所以外觀看上去不怎麼樣，位置也在比較偏僻的地方，周邊沒有什麼配套。
停車在酒店後面有個停車場，沒有人管理的，雖説是酒店專用車場，但應該其他車也能停。
前台笑容不錯，還送了入住的伴手禮，是新興的特產，這個是第一個驚喜。
電梯也是比較舊了，還是寫着之前老酒店的名字。
房間就是第二個驚喜了，我訂的是家庭，一廳一房，大廳有佈置小孩喜歡的帳篷和搖搖馬，房間很乾凈，收拾得很整齊。
最後有個小遺憾，應該是酒店的設施太舊的問題，第二天馬桶堵了。
不過整個過程都是愉快的！

到新興來出差，在附近找了個酒店，前台的小哥很幽默，很會聊天。房間中規中矩不算大，衞生做的很好，很乾凈，就是這邊可能離城區比較遠的原因，打車不大方便，不過入住體驗還是不錯的，下次來還住這，推薦哦。

真的太滿意了，第一次住維也納智好酒店，體驗感太棒了，在攜程找到的，看到開業時間是2021年，還在擔心裝修味道太大，結果一點味道都沒有，酒店還因為現在天氣熱，準備綠豆粥，綠豆粥一點都不敷衍，滿滿的料，枕頭舒服，床簡直太舒服了，又大又軟，廁所居然有美粧鏡，我的天啊，化粧簡直零壓力，總之很棒，以後出入旅遊，就住維也納酒店

一直是維也納的忠粉，一開始圖便宜訂的高級大床房進去嚇到我了，走廊盡頭的房間面積很小，真心不推薦。 然後聯繫前台升級高一級房型，面積大很多了，沒有那種因為房間小帶來的壓迫感，給了20塊錢升級的，送了一份早餐。唯一一個不大好是看到客人拿用過的牙簽插西瓜吃，有一種不衞生的感覺，建議酒店多留意一下。其他都挺好的，花灑的出水量淋浴真真真的很舒服！！！

酒店位置在路邊很好找，酒店裡面有涼茶，糖水可以免費拿的。大堂有點顯舊的感覺但是房間倒是很新凈，有室內停車場在酒店樓下。有自助洗衣機倒是省了心，房間佈局還行。給各位驢友一個提示，空調最好手動調低風速，不然會有很大風噪音。

酒店設施還過的去，衞生也算乾淨，就是周邊找吃的要遠點，最不滿意的是前台服務態度不耐煩，有待提高。問能不能升級房間，説要加差價，問能不能送一份早餐還是説加差價，這是我這半年住過幾十家酒店第一次碰到的服務。

新興是一座禪文化之都。處處濃郁着禪文化，酒的門口的沿江南藝術文化長廊是散步的好地方 打開窗户就能看到連綿起伏的山巒疊翠 就像一幅中國畫 酒店乾淨衞生 非常滿意。

房間不錯，衞生乾淨舒服，有地下停車場停車方便，酒店早餐可以，雖沒有中餐廳，但旁邊不遠有小飯店滿足我們用餐且實惠。有一點想説的是當時訂該酒店時，猶豫了一下，價格與早餐顯示就變動了兩次，往上漲給留下些不好體會。
