Facilities: I didn’t expect that newly opened sheets can be torn Service: The lady at the front desk was super nice. I asked for a buckwheat pillow and it was delivered quickly. There are not many types of breakfast but they are all good ~ the service staff are super friendly ~

The room is clean and hygienic. There is a shopping mall outside. There are a lot of food. I had a lot of fun. There is also Decathlon nearby. You can stay here when visiting Xining. The price is also very suitable.

I have stayed at Shangri-La Hampton by Hilton several times in Xining before. Yesterday's experience really made me quite disappointed. Finally, they told us to change us to another room, but we just entered the bathroom. The scene I saw really left a psychological shadow on me. . After arriving at the room we changed to, the air conditioner was turned on and the heating was blowing cold air. The temperature was always 18 19 20 degrees. It was quite a novel experience to stay in a hotel and freeze on such a cold day. I wanted to take a hot bath but found stains on the bath towel. . . I don’t want to talk about anything else, this is my worst hotel experience🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Very poor experience, the service is basically negative, the parking lot is chaotic and there is no one to guide, it can waste guests a long time to find a parking space, the front desk has no management quality! I don’t understand that Hilton can have such a level of hotel service system!

I only asked for a slightly quieter room, but the rooms I changed were worse each time. I continued to use the original room without treating the traditional Chinese medicine smell. Open the window to use the range hood, which smelled even worse. Finally, I changed it to a room next to the laundry room, still outside the window. The range hood is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. I checked out early.

The space is large and the layout is reasonable. The breakfast is excellent. The service is attentive. Especially the toiletries. The smell is amazing. Petrov has become the reason why I like to take a bath. The smell is quite good and it washes away all my fatigue.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with convenient transportation and convenient travel. The front desk staff Xiaoqi has a very good attitude. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. It is worth staying during the trip.
