We were impressed by the front desk staff n grateful for Celine the manager. She helped us to get transport to go to Qinghai lake. She was able to speak English and make communication easier for us. We had a wonderful and memorable time in Xining. We hope to come back again.

The manager of this hotel sally was amazing.
She speaks fantastic english and helped us in directions, picking up from airport, booking the trains, and when we lost our baggage in the Airport she went out of her way to help, in alloting the rooms,
10 Star service by her. amazing person and would love to visit. this charming city again and stay in the same Hotel. Location is damn good and her service is amazing.
Thank you sally very much from all of us from the Team of 10 people.

Great hotel, conveniently located to the Xining Railway station. Room was very clean.
The front desk staff was extremely helpful.
Breakfast had plenty of options.

Holiday Inn is a 15-minute walk from Xining Station. It is a good hotel for travelers who travel by train, very reasonable in terms of money. The receptionist Mr. 小赵 speaks English and was very helpful in explaining the gym and laundry via wechat. Even if you are a foreigner you will have no trouble with him.

Clean, comfortable new hotel very close to high speed rail. The stuff AMAZING!!!! Very friendly, English speaking, helpful. Very nice bar, restaurant. Very good breakfast. Thank you for nice staying. Highly recommend.
