整體還不錯，房間夠大，青甘最後一站，選了帶浴缸的酒店，好好休息一下。樓下有停車場，很方便。周圍也有吃飯的店面。

西寧自然裏酒店服務人員差到了極點，沒有人性，客人晚上把全身衣服洗了，衣服都是濕的，手機沒電跟服務人員好話説盡都不幫忙刷個充電寶，給他幾百元按金死活不幫忙，非的讓客人圍着浴巾自己去一樓刷充電寶

剛好酒店停水，廁所沒電，到前台説。客服態度不是好好跟你説，就好像我們是鬧事兒的一樣。定了兩個房間，一樣的情況一個讓住一個不讓住。真的搞不懂啥酒店，第一次氣到差評的。

酒店交通便利，退房的時候問前台要停車券就可以了。
房間設施:
裝修風格非常不錯，酒店是屬於新酒店，各方面配套設施都比較新穎，房間內部還有吸氧機，憑這一點是我在西寧住過絕大多數酒店沒有的，點贊點贊啦。
已經是第二次入住了，房間大，也沒有異味，整體來説睡眠質量挺好。
有些小遺憾，入住當天，酒店所有電話打不通。入住的時候也沒有告知，每個樓層也沒有電話，必須要下樓到前台。房間有臨時情況。真的挺不方便，這應該是服務行業的一個小部分。
早餐:
訂的房間含早餐，盤子裏面是早餐是所有的菜，煎蛋和饅頭我沒有拿，一點蔬菜都沒有，連小菜都沒有。
唯一的欣慰是這一碗米線吃飽了。米線有點類似於在麗江吃過的口味，好吃軟硬也合適，可惜1
們們米線真的做的太多了，廚師太實在了，早餐一般情況下是吃不完這麼大一碗的吧。
