有加濕器、冰箱、房間很舒適，3月份暖氣足足的，住的是1005湖景房光線很好、每天送4瓶水挺不錯的。點外賣啥的有機器人可以送上來。酒店隔壁就是人民公園後門太方便了。晚上洗澡水對女生來説可能稍微不夠燙，換成早上洗會熱很多很多。體驗感稍微差一丟丟的是浴巾類選的不是很好，一沾身子有總潮的感覺但是實際上是面料問題，擦一下之後馬上就正常了，如果酒店以後換浴巾建議選選別家的。總之整體很滿意，如果有機會去西寧肯定還會選這家。
