This is a pretty good hotel. The room was pretty clean. The bed sheets were very clean, which is more important. The bed was somewhat firm. The front desk staff were helpful and the check in procedure was quick.

Breakfast is good, especially milk and small pickles, other meals are very distinctive. The towels and bath towels are clean, it's time to replace them with new ones, and there are plenty of activities downstairs.

之所以不給服務滿分，入住時都不告知住的不在主樓，是後面的一棟，拿着東西跑來跑去，最後才找到住哪裡，其他都挺好，房間這個季節不供暖比較冷，早餐沒吃不曉得。

真心一般。我在房間裏，中午竟然有服務員直接刷卡進來。我定的房間有早點，第二天告訴我，沒有，又查了一下，又有了。提升一下服務員的能力吧。我網上訂的房間，付了按金，退房告訴我怎麼結賬？？？唉，不知道怎麼説了。

很大規模的酒店，設施稍有些老化，被褥有些味道，衞生間設施是toto的，離黃花樑生態公園很近，算是興和縣比較高端的酒店吧

太差了太差了，這麼大一個酒店怎麼會這樣😡。
前台拽的不行，臭着個臉愛答不理，把人安排在後麪的樓，下着個雨半天才找到。破破爛爛連個前台都沒有，又舊又臟又冷燈光昏暗。
看評論其他人也和我一樣的遭遇（後悔沒早點看），如果攜程的客人都這麼對待的話建議你們別在攜程上做生意了！
