酒店環境好，正如名字一樣，依山伴水，乾淨衞生，寬敞，服務周到

朋友一行出發龍潭江玩水，選擇這裏入住之前是質疑的，選擇體驗之後物超所值，房間空餘狀態老闆做了升級，樓下就是天然水池，附近環境視野不錯，晚餐也在他們家吃的，都是地道的農家菜做法

設施不錯，房間挺大，露台挺大，風景很好，樓下可以游泳可以玩水，水很清，有很多魚。早餐人少帶去吃的那家桂林米粉一般，不好吃，鹹。建議店家換一家吧。

入住體驗非常差，如圖，洗漱台經久未清理的碎屑灰塵，放洗漱杯和擦手毛巾台架上殘留的動物毛髮，灰塵（估計之前的住客在這裏用吹風筒給寵物吹了毛）毛巾上都沾了浮毛。洗手盆邊緣上殘留的牙膏沫子也沾了動物毛。 打電話通知老闆來看，最後衹來了一個阿姨，阿姨雖然有按照我的要求清理，但是態度卻不夠誠懇，説現在招不到客房清潔，都是請的臨時工，不管工人怎麼樣，衞生檢查還是應該有的吧？ 房間隔音也非常不好，晚上走廊小孩的跑動打鬧的聲音，酒店2樓KTV的歌聲此起彼伏。 如果不是太晚了，真的會連夜離店 酒店設施也陳舊了，電梯的污跡和樓梯的破損顯而易見。 基礎標間350的房費也不便宜，老闆還是加強管理吧

好垃圾的酒店 ……早餐巨難吃 真是服了他的設施 80%都是壞的。（ 見一2幅圖） 隔音非常差 真是搞不懂這種酒店怎麼能得4點多的評分。

位置很好，距離貓兒山服務中心步行5分鐘。店後的河流超讚，愛玩水人仕的天堂還有露營！唯一可惜的，本人覺得餐飲較差些，要求不高的可忽略！
