房間竟然有蟑螂！！！正睡覺床頭掉下來了，噁心死了，不給我退款衹給我免費升級，最後還是攜程的客服給我退錢的，就這環境以後再不來了，打電話給前台，還問我你在你房間看到的蟑螂嗎，素質太差了，給前台打電話，笑哈哈的嘲笑，這就是重慶嗎，你們前台真是丟重慶的門面

房間地板， 走廊地板臟得要死， 房間電話就是個擺設， 根本聯繫不上前台。 最重要的是這棟樓是好幾家一起管理的， 就是個Y 窩。 正常人不要去這個酒店， 都不知道怎麼評上4 星的 。 😤😤😤

比快捷酒店都不如，就是一個寫字樓做的酒店，大廳看到還可以，結果房間在對面那棟樓，房間裏面廁所有異味，房間裏面倒是乾淨衞生，早餐也一般般，我以為新修的酒店怎麼都不會太差，但是確實體驗感不好。而且這個價格確實也不值

我是去年11月出差定的這裏，然後每個月出差都會來他家住，我覺得性價比很高，幾次下來小王和小李的服務也都很好，兩次東西忘拿了都及時聯繫了我。房間整潔，細節處也比較好，他們家的拖鞋很不錯。又衞生質量也好。整體感覺挺温馨的。前台服務也都不錯。

到很多地方出過差， 旅遊過 也住過各式各樣的酒店，唯獨鍾愛瀘州這家泊洲酒店，豐富的早餐讓人食慾大增， 熱情的前台小王妹妹讓人覺得賓至如歸， 每次進出房間 遇到的客房服務員也是每次都跟我打招呼，讓我感覺被人很重視一樣的感覺。泊洲給我的感覺不僅是酒店。更讓我感受到了家一般的温暖！門口就有小超市 串串店。夜宵等等……停車也很方便 周圍也有很多小吃 ，反正是愛啦愛啦！
