酒店在風情小鎮，瀘山風景區大門口，距離邛海公園很近，步行五分鐘，海景房可以遠眺邛海，視野很好。

老闆很熱情，幫忙找車位，態度很好，夜晚還是可以，有電梯，去海邊幾分鐘，周邊可以逛，燒烤店還是很多，建議去瓊海音樂🎵燒烤，還有西昌竹筒奶茶

真心推薦，離邛海近，可以徒步環湖，老闆熱情，我們去的早，老闆喊我們自己選房，還幫我們搬東西，要什麼都熱情答應，自己家也有餐廳，可以不用出去吃飯。值得5星好評。

酒店位於邛海17度度假區，住了兩晚上的酒店，很滿意，設施裝修都很新，榻榻米對於帶小朋友住太友好了。小朋友喜歡這個陽台，冰箱洗衣機微波爐對於有娃家庭入住也很方便，每天都要洗衣服。這個度假區裡麪兒童設施也不錯，很滿意。有機會再來西昌，一定是首選。

不推薦，設施太老，清潔也不行。
窗簾都是爛的，床與窗户縫隙之間還有垃圾。
廁所的櫃門都是爛的，沐浴露和洗髮水也都不行。

首先説明一點這家酒店應該算是名宿，優缺點都很明顯，先説優點，位置很好，就在瀘山山腳下，大門口邊上，出門直接就能上瀘山，過馬路就到邛海。老闆娘人不但漂亮，人也挺好的。周圍吃飯也方便便宜。缺點房間比較簡陋，衞生間下水道反味很重，一股股臭氣往外竄（其實這個很好解決，不知道為啥老闆沒弄），空調製熱效果差，晚上睡覺會有點冷。
