性價比很高，比起周邊好太多了，衞生非常乾淨整潔，服務態度很好，物美價廉，走路10分鐘不到就到了海邊，周邊吃的很多，很多小吃和美食，不貴，公交站就在旁邊，太方便了，來廈門一定要首選這裏，值得推薦。

房間很乾凈，按照房東的定位很好找。離海邊超近，走路十分鐘的樣子。很值得推薦的住宿。房東也特別熱情。推薦了好多好吃的 好玩的地方。民宿提供挖沙子工具，很適合帶孩子的家庭。樓下就有水果攤 小賣部和租車的地方。

房間乾淨衞生，挺好的，主要是交通方便，初次來廈門遊玩，沒有怎麼做攻略，店長小姐姐給了路線圖，全程單車🚲出行。經濟環保。好評好評

房東人是很好 幫忙提行李 但是房間確實很不滿意 給我的很小 人住的很不舒服 可能我看我用新人價格買的 便宜 房間插頭蘋果充電頭一插就松 得換到桌子那邊插頭才能充 房間有蜘蛛

這次來廈門主要是看海的，出門直接步行10多分鐘就到珍珠灣不要太安逸，但漲潮時要注意安全，提前一天觀察好天氣再出門。同時樓下同時可以租小電動車。打車去附近熱門景點也不會太遠，但是要提前選擇好線路尤其是遠距離的，不然有的司機仍會繞路而行坑很多的車費。老闆人很好，很熱情服務周到，強烈推薦。

真的方便，門口就有52，20，22路公交車，去廈大和中山路很方便，老闆娘也很好，最主要是來福建住了6晚，這家最乾淨沒有異味也很安靜，價格也實惠，人朋友同事來一定推薦這家，要注意的是到了聯繫店家來帶你，導航不準確。因為太晚了早上急着去南普陀寺直接退房沒來得及拍照

房東是個特別熱情的人，服務很好，很親切，房子位置很好，出門口就是小吃街，旁邊都是吃飯的地，薑母鴨很不錯，喜歡吃的讓老闆推薦，槓槓的，景區距離這裏都很近，住這裏幾乎可以去每個景點都不遠，植物園南門走路不到10分鐘可以從這裏坐電梯上山不用爬坡了，這邊風景很美，可以直接走到西門多肉那邊，非常贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。安排的房間很好，和圖片沒區別，風格非常喜歡，而且衞生真心的非常乾淨，在附近住了幾家衞生都不行，唯獨這裏太乾淨了，住得很舒服，幾個朋友這幾天過來也推薦了這裏，來廈門旅遊要住得離景區近，交通方便，服務好衞生乾淨的話，這裏一定是首選，物美價廉，性價比非常高，強烈推薦大家過來入住。

不知道點評為什麼是五星好評的。定的大床房，給了一個和預訂訊息不一樣的雙床讓自己拼到一起。我也沒有説啥，賊重的床讓自己拼。房間衹有一個小窗，一開窗户就有一衹很兇的狗在外面狂叫，還好晚上沒有叫，不然要嚇死了。進到店裡要經過一個很奇怪的路口，分別是修鞋攤，修自行車攤和餐廳後廚，瘮得慌，自己去基本找不到。因為不想住了要提前退房，房費也是不退的。因為小孩在睡覺，下午才和老闆提出的，房費不退也就算了，説如果用鐘點房形式算，我還要補她錢，昏倒了，不至於這樣吧。
