Great ratio between price and service. The location and the ambient of this hotel is amazing. The room is not too big but clean and nice furnished. Great hotel for a city trip in xiamen

bit difficult to find at first,but after knowing, location is really great, room was clean, nice soft bed, AC workable. reception allowes to keep luggage there longer. one important information - reception is not 24h open. if you have key you are able to enter but just to check in probably need to call them.
highly recommended.

父母去廈門旅遊，為了出門方便選了天一，客棧在巷子裏，但很安靜，適合我們喜歡安靜的人住，老闆很好給升級的房間，很大很乾凈，床很舒服，父母一共住了五晚，表示非常滿意，説放假了我們帶着孩子也可以住那裡！

環境古典原木風，感覺很舒服。

強烈推薦！
房間給升級了一下，很大一個房間，洗漱用品在前台可以直接拿，
設施：完善，幾乎什麼都有，衞生間很大，很乾凈，地理位置也絕佳！
衞生：可以，打掃很乾凈
服務：很可以，物美價廉！
唯一一個小確定，就是位置在一個衚衕裏，不太好找，可以到附近了問一下

客棧位於老城內，就在廈門三大名樓之一的慶讓堂旁邊，出去逛中山路步行街也就幾百米的距離。雖然周邊環境較亂，但客棧房間大，睡床舒服，如果其它配套設施再用心完善一些就更佳了。

地處市中心中山路步行街區，不臨街道，比較安靜。但電熱水器水箱太小，衹能持續二十分鐘左右，之後得等半小時才能繼續洗澡。不過店家解決問題的態度還是值得肯定的
