缺點，房間是別墅區地下室兩米高比較矮。房間不潮濕，有空氣凈化器，智能馬桶，但地下電視信號差了點，其它該有的基本設施也都有。優點，老闆態度好，給了島上地圖也講解一番。地理位置離日光巖很近，小吃街也很近，推薦的飯館也不錯，因為處在鼓浪嶼高點，去海邊沙灘要多走一段路。圖片就是些海邊日光巖頂拍的。正好那天下雨也借了老闆兩把傘。
