總體來説，體驗感挺差，一進房間一股潮濕的味道，被套那些都部分發黃了，大半夜被蚊子🦟咬醒，隔音效果也很差，非常不推薦

綜合評價挺不錯，住了好幾次，這次是連住了一週。（1）優勢：房東叔叔阿姨特別好，服務好，平安夜還送蘋果了，連住了還給我優惠了。雖然是民房民宿，但是還是刷卡的，而且房子挺新的。洗澡出水很大很熱，還有變頻空調有暖風。衞生還行，交通就那樣吧，畢竟在廈大翔安校區附近，挺安全。樓下吃的蠻多的，還有小吃街，但是感覺一般般，不太行。（2）劣勢：浴室一般般吧，感覺稍微舊了點，就是洗手盆、水龍頭那些。

綜合評價，在翔安校區附近的民宿來説還不錯了，性價比可以。印象最深的是空調有暖氣，浴室有浴霸，冬天太爽太舒服了；整體環境衞生還不錯，就是衞生間舊了點，洗手開熱水的時候還有股鐵銹味和黃黃的，浴巾不太乾淨該換換新的了；有刷門卡有電梯比較好；樓下走幾步就是小吃街，但是完全比不過以前東門的，甚至難吃😂特別那個賣板栗的，信我別買（壞的軟的一堆，很多難開，吃了拉肚子）賣水果的別買冬棗，壞的也多……
