The room is clean, tidy and warm. The bed is very comfortable. The boss is also very nice and enthusiastic. There is also a washing machine for washing clothes. The most important thing is that the subway is just downstairs. It is very convenient to travel to scenic spots. There are many restaurants downstairs of the hotel and they are all delicious. The previous comment was from last Thursday. Copied in this week’s checkout review. The reason why I copy it again is because the hotel is very good in terms of security, front desk, manager, and cleaning. It is worth copying and commenting again: The room is very good. I came here last Thursday and stayed here for two days before going to Xiaozhai. Stayed for two days and came back for another two days. The room features** include many beautiful pictures, Houhai River View Room. The scenery is super beautiful when the lights are turned on after eight o'clock! What I want to emphasize is that the service is really very good! In particular, there is a very good-looking manager whose service attitude is definitely seven-star. I only asked her name when I applied for my second stay extension. If you have stayed in the past, you can contact her more. Her name is Sun Jiayue, haha! Thanks to Manager Sun for his help during the check-in process and for explaining the platform price difference. Goodbye!

Spent three nights at the hotel (October 2-5), two adults and breakfast was included in the room rate. Cleanliness and comfort, everything is perfect. The food in the hotel is good too, mostly Chinese food and a little less European, which is expected. The location is good in relation to the subway, 14-15 minutes walk. The only thing that caused resentment and slightly affected the comfortable stay was the denial of currency exchange (which was part of the hotel's free service). I had to go up four times and wait for a change of staff to be told at some point ”you don't need to go to the bank, you can change dollars to yuan at our hotel since you are staying here”. On the first day when I asked this question - the girl at the front desk said they don't have this service and said to look for Bank of China separately, then I approached another girl again the next day, to which she said that it is still possible to change currency with them, but you have to wait for my end date of stay with them. Then I went to the guy at the counter again in the evening and he said that currency can be changed even earlier, just wait until 9 am. Finally, the morning of the 4th day came and I exchanged dollars for yuan, they accepted a maximum of 200 dollars for exchange. This is probably the first ridiculous case in all my trips. Conclusion: be persistent in your desires and don't hesitate to remind the staff of what you need.

The hotel has very convenient transportation. I got off the high-speed rail and took Line 14 to come directly. Rain, the guy who checked in at the front desk, was very helpful. During the check-in process, he also introduced me to several must-see attractions in Xi'an. He said he took Line 3 at the door. You can go online. The hotel opened not long ago, the facilities and equipment are very new, and I like the whole decoration style. The room is large, has floor-to-ceiling windows, and is equipped with an air purifier. It is clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to stay. I particularly like the design of this office area. It’s also a good place to sit and eat. The lobby bar is especially suitable for taking photos and checking in. It is very comfortable to have a coffee in the afternoon. It is a very pleasant stay experience!

The customer service was very patient and answered my questions carefully, because the newly opened hotel has no signs, so we have to call and ask to find it. The location is right near the subway station, which is more convenient. We drive there. The car can park along the side of the road. The room is comfortable and feels like home. If you live for a long time, you should be able to cook by yourself. I think the facilities are relatively complete, with shower curtains. If it is too short, water will splash out, and some small details are not done properly. I hope further improvement.
