A while ago, a friend came to visit this city, and I booked this hotel for him in advance. I must give a good review!
I contacted Manager Wang in the front office of the hotel in advance. He learned that I was hosting friends from other places. He suggested and assisted me to complete the relevant procedures in advance, so that my friend's check-in was very smooth. The room had a good orientation and welcome fruits were arranged. It happened that Manager Wang was there that day. He personally led us to the guest room and introduced the hotel facilities and the surrounding environment of the hotel to my friend in detail.
The value-added services of the hotel are worth mentioning. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at the Xianghuwan subway entrance. This arrangement is really great (it takes 15-20 minutes to walk, and you can contact the hotel in advance for pick-up). Take Line 3 from Xianghuwan and then transfer to Line 8 to easily reach various popular attractions in Xi'an. Line 8 is really worthy of being called the ”king of transfers”.
My friend had a great time staying here this time, and I will choose this hotel again in the future.

It would be even more beautiful in April when the flowers are blooming. The sky is blue and the water is clear. It is also very close to the performance of A Romance Through the Ages tomorrow.

Quite an attractive hotel, nice gardens, albeit small. Room was lovely, bright and modern with a super cute hammock chair. Breakfast was sufficient. None of the staff spoke English but we were able to communicate via WeChat. Hot spring pools were nice, but note there are only four, and I was bitten extensively whilst sitting in there. The gym and pool are located in a building with the wedding/function room, which made it awkward as there was a day time wedding on my second day. Gym is well equipped, however the pool seems to cater more for the local community. No towels for the pool are provided which is not acceptable for a 5*. It’s a decent hotel and was pleasant for one night but they can improve on some things.

Location: The hotel is in a very good location. Across the road is the Sasseur Outlet. The outlet directly leads to Metro Line 3. There are no high-rise buildings around the hotel, and the view towards the Convention and Exhibition Center or the subway line is good.
Decoration: The Chinese-style decoration in the hotel is elegant and elegant, and the rooms are reasonably designed and clean.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Yunhe Yebo Hotel, booked through Trip.com, and it has easily become one of the most remarkable hotel experiences I've ever had. This 4-star hotel offers unparalleled service and cost performance value, surpassing even some of the 5-star hotels I've stayed in across 15+ countries.
From the thoughtful touches like the daily replenished welcome fruits to the ferry service, every detail reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people—especially the exceptional receptionist, Shujie (舒洁).
An hour before I was scheduled to leave for the airport via the ferry service, I decided on a last-minute cab ride to savor one more taste of Xi'an. Unfortunately, I misplaced my work phone in the taxi (DiDi), which could have resulted in a nightmare of police reports and stressful explanations to my employer. To make matters worse, I had no local mainland contact number to reach the driver directly.
Enter Shujie. With only 10 minutes before our departure, she sprang into action, bridging the communication gap between us and the driver through the ride-hailing platform's customer service. She persisted despite the complexity of the situation, calmly navigating through endless explanations to the service representatives. Shujie didn’t just stop there—she went above and beyond, exploring options to have the phone delivered to the airport or couriered to my destination if needed.
Thanks to her persistence, genuine care, and determination, I am happily writing this review today, with my work phone safely returned. Shujie exemplifies the kind of service that transforms a stressful crisis into a positive, memorable experience.
If Yunhe Yebo Hotel has locations in other cities I visit, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. This is a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests, and their actions reflect it in every way. Highly recommend!

这时候，舒洁挺身而出。在听到我的困境后，她迅速采取行动，通过滴滴的客服帮助我们与司机建立了联系。在离开酒店前往机场仅剩10分钟的情况下，她冷静高效地与客服进行了多次沟通，耐心地解释了我们的情况。而且，她的努力并没有止步于此——她甚至主动帮助安排司机将手机送到机场，或者在无法实现的情况下寄送到我们的目的地。
正是因为她的坚持、真诚的关怀和决心，我才能在此愉快地撰写这篇评论，并且手机也已经顺利找回。舒洁的服务堪称典范，她把一次潜在的危机变成了令人感动的美好回忆。

I was impressed by the efficient check-in process of the hotel. They allowed me to check in early, at about 10 am. And also greeted with warm tea, even offered welcoming fruits. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
(I already checked out but wanted to travel around the city a little bit and they even let me leave my luggage at the hotel for 4 days without getting any money from me which was super sweet 🥰)

TTinaMThis is a lovely hotel with kind, welcoming staff. I read some reviews saying the rooms are very old etc, but I don't see how that makes this hotel any less great - the rooms are still clean and well maintained. I arrived in Xi'an after 48 hours of hectic traveling due to a missed train, and the staff at Meihao Hotel were very welcoming, were happy to use translation apps to communicate with me. The room was large, with a view of the neighbourhood outside (mostly just traffic jams haha, but that's Xi'an). The location may not be super ideal for some as it isn't in the city centre, but honestly it was no inconvenience at all, as the nearest subway station is a brisk walk away -- about 5-7 minutes. If you're arriving by train and carrying a lot of heavy luggage, then yes, coming via subway might be a bit of a challenge (but not impossible!)
The housekeeping staff especially were very warm and kind. Thank you for always brightening my day when I walked by you all.
A few hours after I checked in, a lovely staff member knocked on my door and offered me a small bowl of soup. I was very confused as I hadn't ordered anything, but upon seeing other guests were receiving this too, I gladly accepted. It was such an unexpected, kind gesture -- this hotel truly knows how to make one feel welcome.
I fell ill on the second day of my stay, and thankfully the room was so comfortable, I could recuperate well. My only complaint is that the bedsheets, comforter, pillowcases etc -- all the bedding essentially smells of cigarette smoke. I could also smell cigarette smoke from beyond my room's door at night. This was despite there being a clear sign in the room saying smoking was not allowed inside. Though this is certainly not something you can fault hotel staff for (if guests are adamant to smoke inside, what can housekeeping possibly do?), I just thought I would mention this for any other guests who might be very sensitive to the smell, perhaps you could request staff to rewash the bedding until the smoke smell is entirely gone.
After checking out, I also noticed there were some freebies that were part of my booking that I unfortunately missed out on :( There was meant to be welcome fruit, afternoon tea for two and a midnight snack, which I would have loved to try. There was no welcome fruit offered, but I did receive some refreshing juice when I arrived to check in -- it was a hot day and I was grateful for the welcome drink. For the other stuff, as I didn't realise it was part of the booking perks, I never asked, and consequently seem to have missed out.
I also want to say that aside from the rooms, the lobby area is quite lovely -- very tastefully decorated, peaceful, and I even saw they had some free coffee out for guests! I only noticed this when I was checking out though, and my taxi was already on the way to pick me up, so I could not indulge. Maybe it would be helpful if the reception staff could share all this info with guests when they check in, especially with the foreign guests who are already a bit confused and trying to get their bearings ^-^ Just a suggestion! Thank you for a nice stay. I will definitely be back again soon.

LLillian Lau。We stayed at Yaman Hotel from 25th to 31st, 2024. There were 4 of us, two adults and two children, and we stayed for 6 nights in total. My first impression was that the whole hotel was very low-key. Walking in through the door, you will find a unique cave (you can see the photos and share them).
I booked two room types, and the lady at the front desk, Xiaomei, helped me upgrade the room for two nights so that we wouldn’t have to move around. It was very considerate👍
The room has a terrace, facing the most beautiful garden landscape. The air is very fresh. When you get up every day, you can bathe in the sunshine, listen to the birds in the forest, and watch the people doing their morning exercise outside. A simple and beautiful life begins.
Inside the room, the design is simple and comfortable, with a bit of Tang Dynasty elements. The hygiene is good. The staff cleans our room every day and folds the clothes on the bed for us.
The breakfast in the hotel is also very high-quality, including milk, soy milk, orange juice, tea, cheese, nuts, fruits, bread, desserts, meat dishes, vegetarian dishes, and two chefs specially cook noodles, wontons, meat sandwich, etc... Special thanks to the eldest sister in the catering department. The four of us ate breakfast in the hotel for 6 days. The eldest sister always greeted people with a smile every day, took care of my two children, and made us feel like we were home every day.
The hotel also provides free washing machines and dryers. During our 7-day trip, each person only brought 3 sets of clothes. Fortunately, the hotel has washing and drying facilities, which made our trip much easier.
The hotel also offers free tea ceremony and flower arrangement classes, which we all participated in. Thank you, Teacher Jing Jing, for bringing us knowledge and inner peace.
For facilities outside the hotel, take the subway from Xianyang International Airport to Dayan Pagoda Station, which takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. It takes about 3 minutes to walk from Dayan Pagoda Subway Station to the hotel.
It takes a 5-minute walk from the hotel to reach the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Further on, there are famous attractions such as Ci'en Temple, Tang Dynasty Furong Garden, and Tang Dynasty Night City.
Very good hotel, recommended to everyone! I would also like to thank all the hotel staff for taking care of our family of four for six days.

It is very convenient to go to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Shaanxi Museum. There is a large shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. We stayed in a room very close to the elevator entrance, but it was still quiet at night and did not affect our sleep. The only drawback is that I hope the hotel will replace the small floor mat at the bathroom door with a new one. It really does not look very clean and affects the overall effect. Still highly recommended.

LLuteliteTiny Spots Youth Hostel is a small and comfortable place conveniently located conveniently located in the city center, a few steps away from the Sports Center subway station along the Red line. Just 500meters away is the Small Pagoda. From the 21st floor, where the backpackers place is at, one can have views of the Drum Tower 钟楼 , the small pagoda, the Shaanxi Historical Museum and other views of the Tao Gu area.
As soon as I got inside the backpackers place, I felt comfortable with the spaciousness and tidiness. A decently large living room sits various furnitures, ensuring space for backpackers who want to watch the television, play video games, or just lounge around on the sofa. There are also working spaces for those who wish to find a place to use the laptop or read. Soft music can be heard filling the place. Water is free for all; snacks, tea and coffee are also available for all. There is adequate space in the large fridge for those who wish to store their food. Although the kitchen is not available to be used, they do offer a microwave to heat up food.
The rooms are clean and sparsely furnished. On my first night, i got a bunk in a room that had no windows, but the front desk staff initiated a bunk at another room that has a large window with better ventilation. I was pleased with his promptness. I stayed for two nights at this place.
Cleanliness is top notched. A.cleaner woman is usually there in the day for routine and prompt cleaning. Toilet tissue is always in ready supply. Bathrooms and toilet cubicles are shared among the genders. I thought it was gonna be a problem, but my concerns were unfounded. Guests were all respectful, cordial and help keep the place clean.
The hostel is owned and designed by a warm and friendly local, Mr Ba, who is there most times to welcome the guests and to supervise. He was a gracious host who made me feel welcome and gave me some local knowledge about this beautiful amcient city. Overall, I can't say enough how thankful I am with my stay here. Convenient location, clean, safe, relaxing, welcoming... I highly recommend this place.
