服務態度非常好，有什麼需要，直接打前台電話，很熱心的解決，入住很滿意，有免費的停車場，離景點都挺
近的，很滿意。

0️⃣結論：整體服務【良好】，個人覺得整體體驗下來，224一晚的價格（商務大床房）稍貴了，200元會合適些（基於所有的設施、服務）
1️⃣衞生：基本乾淨。
①窗户比較老舊，紗窗佈滿灰塵不能用；
②衞生間地面和鏡子都是乾淨的，但是發現洗漱池上有一小片菜葉；
③比較壞印象的是房卡，第一天拿到手，上面是貼紙撕下後沒撕乾淨的餘膠，黏黏糊糊，看起來比較臟；
④毛巾和床單都有些微的或黃或黑的污漬，感覺是洗了，是那種洗不掉的污漬，觀感上不好；
⑤桌面乾淨。
2️⃣裝潢：稍舊。
①隔音比較差，門外走廊的説話聲聽的清清楚楚，估計房內的聲音門外也能比較清楚地聽到；
②電視幾乎看不了，西安和陝西衞視能看，其他衞視都卡成馬賽克了；
③馬桶第二天抽水直接壞了，衞生間設施會老舊一些，建議不要用自帶的沐浴露和洗頭膏，跟啫喱一樣，感覺比較廉價也洗不乾淨；
④在門口鏡子上有一個旋轉衣架，取衣服很方便；
⑤選的【商務大床房】，窗户靠停車場一側，不吵，陽光也很好；
⑥WiFi信號很好；
⑦出門走五分鐘就是太乙路地鐵站，交通很方便。
3️⃣服務：比較好。
①前台客服隨時在線，打電話有什麼問題都會積極解
答，還可以幫忙代收快遞和存放一些冷藏食品；
②打掃衞生的阿姨很熱心，更換床單被罩和一些一次性用品都比較迅速（不太好的是有時候會敲兩下門，沒回應就直接刷卡開門進來，有幾次在床上迷糊着聽到門開都驚了）

房間很乾凈 前台服務員態度很熱情 需要東西的時候也是隨叫隨到對於服務很滿意 距離景點也近 大概也就在三公里左右 門口還有公交直達的 有停車場 旁邊也有一個大學夜市 東西也很多 不錯 挺滿意的

衞生乾淨，客房大姐態度很好，打掃衞生積極乾淨，前台服務態度好，有禮貌，房間安靜舒服，有免費停車場，停車很方便，離地鐵口也很近，交通方便，離大雁塔這些景點不遠，周邊小吃也很多，也有陝西地方特色，晚上有夜市，值得推薦！很好哦！！！
