ECHARM HOTEL(Wanda Plaza store of Xi'an Daming Palace North subway station)

This hotel really has an international 5-star appearance. Even though it is far from the city or recommended attractions, it is also close to the subway station on foot. I think it is worth staying here, and I will definitely continue to stay here next time I have the opportunity to go to Xi'an. I stayed for two days this time. The service provided by the hotel was really sincere. The room rate almost included meals: breakfast, milk and gifts. I told friends who didn’t go there and they praised it as a hotel that is not suitable for guests. Hotels where customers are out. Really, if you don’t have to go out for a business trip, you can stay in the hotel all day. Finally, it can be praised that there is a shopping mall nearby, but at 6 o'clock every morning, nearby people go to the park for jogging. The hotel is located on the 20th, 21st, and 22nd floors, and is directly connected to the shopping mall next door. I especially like the bookstores in the shopping mall that have several floors. If you have enough time, you can immerse yourself in it.

After entering the shower room in room 2028, as soon as I turned on the shower, the water flowed to the floor drain for several years, and a foul smell came out. It lasted for a long time, and even the smell of shampoo and shower gel couldn't cover it up.

Recommended by a friend, the room was as beautiful and warm as the picture. It was very clean. After traveling to many places on business, this was the best. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She asked me if I had arrived even though it was very late. She waited for me to report that I was safe. Love it, [love] [love] [love] love it, this is so worthy of praise 👍 The environment is beautiful, the location is good, there are a lot of delicious food around, it is very delicious, see what I post next! The transportation is convenient. After exiting the No. 4 subway exit, you can reach the hotel in a few minutes. The rooms are comfortable and hygienic, the service staff are very enthusiastic, and the facilities are very user-friendly. Each room has its own independent wifi. The price/performance ratio is good. I will stay here again next time. . .

The wine is very good, just a few steps away from the subway, the room is well-equipped, the breakfast is very rich and there is coffee as soon as you enter the lobby, the service of the io front desk brother is very good, next time you travel, you will have to book their hotel 👍👍

房間還不錯，面積很大，兩個人住着很舒服，就是衞生需要多注意，本人對衞生要求有點點高，地理位置也還可以就是離地鐵口有點遠，要上一個天橋帶行李多的有點不太方便，酒店旁邊就有吃的，味道還不錯，樓下也有便利店，

第一次在攜程上點評，入住最差的一次體驗，沒有之一。首先環境，設施吧，將就的對付下就算了，空調也是壞的，打了前台電話，讓師傅過來才整好，第二天中午12點的時候，房還沒退，房卡就不能打開房間，很無語！！！！

前台很nice,給我們免費升級了房型，設施挺完善的，而且位置也有優勢，一日三餐都可以找到很滿意的店，吃的很滿足！地理位置很推薦！！！

設施：房間沒有配備夠毛巾，熱水壺，與實際不符合 衞生：毛巾不是正常連鎖配備的毛巾，熱水壺和水龍頭水垢嚴重 環境：沒有大店招，大堂與圖片不符
