the new wing was under renovation so a bit noisy, even at night. But after complaining to the service staff went quiet down pretty fast. Buggy was easy to call and the hot spring has so many options, nice!

Pretty and clean, big spaces, friendly staff, package comes with hot spring experience! Can improve on the following: heated toilet bowls would be nice for winter, and perhaps provide guest laundry especially for longer stay guests.

We arrived at midnight and although I Had a booking confirmation reference, they insisted they didn’t have our booking, I had a number to contact if problems arouse for hotel to ring? They said they couldn’t because the number wasn’t in china . We had prepaid for 3 nights and they insisted we paid again, then they couldn’t use our credit card , which we had used in the previous 2 hotels,after an hour and a half we finally managed to get our tour guide to talk to them and arrange some accommodation. The following day they found our booking . We wanted some milk in our room on arrival and they said they didn’t have any until the morning.

The hotel staff is very nice. The rooms are beautiful. However, the soundproof of the room is extremely bad. I could hear people next door talking as if they were in my room.

The experience of personal hot spring is very satisfactory. The hot spring is located just outside the room and can use it any time in the hotel. Location is very convenient, about 10 mins away from express way exit. There are lots of local foods around the hotel that can enjoy. Service is not bad. It could be better if the mini bar could have more drinks, especially alcohol.

I booked this hotel by accident, but got an unexpected surprise. I love the spacious room, European-style decoration, runway balcony, comfortable hot spring, and warm and thoughtful service. My parents are very satisfied, and so am I. I will go again next time.

1. The room is very big, and the private hot spring pool is enough for two adults and a baby to soak at the same time. 2. The bathroom facilities are a bit old but it does not affect the use. The air conditioning has a good cooling effect 3. The TV is a set-top box. This is recommended to be replaced. You can't watch "Peppa Pig" 4. If you drive, the elevator to the lobby and guest rooms is in the basement 5. The service staff is warm and friendly. I gave a carousel ticket to the restaurant on the first floor. The baby wanted to ride the train. The lobby manager (should be the lobby manager, the staff who seemed to be in charge was busy) also took the time to take us for a ride. The baby was very happy

I stayed with my dad and booked a standard double room, which included a double hot spring and a double buffet breakfast. It was very comfortable. Because I climbed Mount Li on the 30th, I felt relaxed physically and mentally, so when I arrived at the entrance of Lishan Garden, I was very proud to brag to the guy who greeted me that I was very good. The guy gave me a thumbs up and said that I could call the front desk and get a shuttle bus (after all, there is a distance from the hotel entrance to Lishan Garden where I check in ε-(´∀｀; )). After checking in, the shuttle bus took my dad and me to Huaqing Garden. Although the room was not very big, it was very clean and tidy. After taking a bath, we went to Yuquan Garden to take a hot spring bath~ Because we chose a good time, there were few people hhh. Because there were few people, some pools were not open, but it did not hinder my dad and I's interest (๑╹ヮ╹๑)ﾉ. We went from low temperature to high temperature, and there were fish therapy (when the front desk called to ask about the experience, the fish was kissing my feet, it was so itchy, so I forgot what they asked and how I answered) and "teppanyaki" (actually it should be called a sweat steam room)ꉂ(ˊᗜˋ*). I personally recommend the rose petal pool, the female ** and the chrysanthemum pool. After taking a hot spring bath in the evening, I returned to the room not long after receiving the fruit plate and cookies sent by the hotel. My dad said that he felt a little sore in the waist after climbing the mountain, and it was fine after taking a bath. I didn't have such a significant difference. After all, my physical strength was too poor, even after taking a hot spring bath... The next day I walked with my legs straight and limped (=´口｀=). For breakfast on the second day, my dad and I had several different ones. I personally recommend beef rice noodles and small buns👌. It was the first day of May Day when I left the hotel, so there were quite a lot of people visible to the naked eye. It seemed that there were elderly people recuperating here? I could see the old man doing Tai Chi. Standard rooms are suitable for ordinary couples or solo travelers. Tourists with children can choose family rooms. However, before check-in, the hotel called and asked how many people there were and whether they needed extra beds, so standard rooms with extra beds are also acceptable. Of course, there are also options with more sufficient budgets (such as private hot spring villas). Finally, a suggestion: the fried rice can be made more delicious, hahahaha.

Back to the room, the decoration style is elegant new Chinese style. The front desk lady upgraded it to a suite. It is a spacious one-bedroom and one-living room. It is really luxurious. But I have to make a few suggestions. First, the design of the wash basin is unreasonable. The faucet is too far away from the sink, resulting in water splashing every time. In the end, the entire wash basin is covered with water and drips on the ground. Second, the height of the bedside lamp is not designed reasonably. It just blocks the socket, resulting in the need to bypass the bedside lamp to charge the mobile phone. Third, the pillow is not very comfortable and I can't sleep for a long time.
