衞生不好，衞生間味道重。熱水放了10分鐘也不熱，催退房倒是積極，不到十二點就打電話，剛過幾分鐘又催。又沒人住，急得啥？總之，這是我在外面住賓館10天來最差的一次體驗。

我覺得我的評價是很客觀的，瀏覽到這的可以參考一下我的入住體驗，絕無任何誇大其詞。1.這是民房，不是酒店，不提供免費的礦泉水，這個價錢在民房裡麪應該可以住到很不錯的了。2.房間特冷，空調開到29度，30度絲毫不管用，空調很陳舊，在屋裡衹能躺被窩裡，開着電熱毯才不冷，半夜起來上廁所，能給凍死。3.設施老舊，臟，淋水噴頭生銹都生成啥了，熱水壺不管用。4.價格並不便宜，性價比太低5.投影，投影儀很歪，而且基本啥都看不了6.和老闆説這個房間冷的情況，他説我們不會調空調，結果讓他來調也是一樣的，説我怕冷，我是一個很不怕冷的人，他説我怕冷，然後説這個冷的問題衹能明天解決，那明天我都住完了，解決有啥意義？7.唯一好一點的可能就是這個老闆還是比較熱情的，但是熱情歸熱情，必須要把實質性的東西做好。

wifi網很好，吃飯和水果都很便宜。老闆是高材生人不錯，房間有投影儀，密碼鎖，温泉水，高科技比比皆是。

五一期間來住，位置好找，周圍吃喝和交通都很方便。最重要的是老闆沒有漲價，五一期間依舊有平價房，學生黨很支持。老闆人很爽快，説話做事都很直接😁下次還來
