Large room with huge bathroom. Good view. Great location. Very happy with our stay here.

The staff is not very friendly. We arrived late at the hotel, they told us that our room was not available anymore, although we’ve already paid for it.

Hotel is ok

It is a new hotel, so the room facilities and lobby design are very grand, and the hygiene is very good. The hotel has free parking, but we have a lot of luggage and there is a slope to climb, which is quite difficult. The front desk service is friendly. The room is spacious, bright, clean, tidy, hygienic, well ventilated, smelly, and soundproofed. The bathroom is relatively small. The sheets and quilt covers are clean and tidy. Covered with a quilt, it is very comfortable. The bed is relatively large, the room inside is relatively simple, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it is comfortable to sleep on. This Mercure hotel was supposed to be an Atour hotel. The service and rooms were okay, but it was not very soundproof. People in the next room chatted until 2 o'clock at night. The TV broke, so I fixed it myself. Water cut off. I checked out at 2 o'clock and called at 12 o'clock to ask if I would like to extend the room. 房間裝修很喜歡，簡潔大方。床墊不軟不硬，剛剛好，對腰疼人士很友好。鏡子夠大，足夠兩個人同時用。送餐的機器人很可愛，有了它可以房子叫外賣了！打掃衞生的阿姨和前台小姐姐服務態度很好，取寄存的行李時因為在倒水不方便拿，小姐姐幫忙把行李送到了休息的沙發區，而且在走之前送了兩瓶礦泉水，非常感謝！就是如果房間裏的掛鈎能多一些、空調再足一些就好了☺️☺️☺️

酒店很新，房間很乾凈，地理位置也特別好，靠近地鐵站，樓下有商場，出行特別便利，住的很舒服，價格也不高，性價比絕了。 服務：酒店的服務人員小薛、亞男、芬芬，服務真的很好呀，迷你吧免費，此行很開心，還送了伴手禮，以來來西安旅遊還會再住的。
