Yirong Hotel

The breakfast was average, a standard high-end hotel breakfast. But the service was super good, with snacks and drinks delivered every day, and paper-cuts given away before leaving. This is the most suitable hotel I have stayed in Xi'an. It is very close to Sajin Bridge and within walking distance of Guangren Temple. The smart home is just right and very comfortable to use. The sound insulation effect on the street is also good, and it is not particularly noisy.

The hotel is well-equipped, very clean and comfortable, with a good geographical environment. It is only a few minutes away from Sajinqiao Station on Line 1, and very close to Sajinqiao and Huimin Street. The staff is warm and thoughtful, especially Xiao Mo and Xiao Ma at the front desk are very friendly and provide meticulous and thoughtful service. Since I was traveling with my parents this time, the elderly had a good rest at night and were very satisfied with the hotel. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the fruits and snacks sent by the hotel were also very surprising. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Xi'an!

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Sajinqiao Station. It is very easy to find. I stayed there for 4 days. Fruit plates and snacks were delivered every day. I didn't have time to eat them. I took a big bag back when I left. The room is next to the main road. It is not noisy at all when the window is closed. It's just that the air-conditioning temperature is not easy to adjust. It's a bit hot when sleeping at night. The most regrettable thing is that I didn't order breakfast. I heard that the hotel breakfast is good. There are not many breakfast options around Sajinqiao. The ones I went to Sajinqiao are too heavy. People in Jiangsu still like refreshing tofu pudding and fried dough sticks.

The room is quite nice, clean and tidy, the furniture and decoration are relatively new, the location is relatively convenient, it takes only 7 or 8 minutes to walk from the subway, the breakfast is good, the environment is quite good. The bathroom decoration is quite good and well maintained. The hotel is very generous in providing fruits and snacks upon check-in. Although it is close to the road, it is quite secluded at night, which is quite good. The staff service is also very enthusiastic, especially the front desk staff Xiao Liu and Xiao Yang, who are enthusiastic and patient in service. The hotel is very convenient to check out at 2 o'clock. The lobby is magnificent.

This is my fourth time to travel in Xi'an. I always stay near the Bell Tower. This time, I made a guide for foodies and chose Yirong Hotel! The location is easy to find, just on the roadside, near Sajin Bridge on Metro Line 9. You can scan a shared bicycle to Sajin Bridge and eat all the way after putting down your luggage! The hotel is still very quiet at night, but you don't need to swipe your card to go upstairs, and the delivery man can enter and exit the hotel at will, which still seems not very private! The hotel will deliver a lot of snacks and fruits at night, which is quite satisfactory. But I hope to strengthen the hardware facilities, such as updating the hair dryer, don't use the old one, you have to keep pressing that button to release hot air, and my hands are soft because of long hair!

Not only because of the history and culture of Xi'an, the bricks and tiles of the city wall, but also because of the Yirong Hotel I stayed in this time! During this trip to Xi'an, Yirong Hotel gave me constant surprises. On the first evening when I checked in, Xiao Mo at the front desk gave me and my family a very good impression. This morning when my family went to have a meal, they were told that meals were not included. I communicated with the front desk and the problem was solved smoothly. I didn't take this matter to heart, but Xiao Yang from Yirong Hotel, Xiao Liu, the hotel service manager, and Xiao Mo from the front desk all sent text messages or phone calls to express their sincere apologies to me and my family. In addition, the hotel housekeeper Xiao Liu also reported to her direct boss to apply for a refund of our meal fee as an apology. This made me embarrassed and moved me and my family very much! I'm not saying that refunding the meal fee seems to be taking advantage, but Yirong Hotel really takes its guests seriously! When checking out, the hotel housekeeper Xiao Liu expressed his apology again and gave my family a very beautiful little 🎁 gift. With these lovely and sincere employees, Yirong Hotel will definitely be better!
