非常滿意的一次體驗！首先説地理位置，在皇嶺景區內，酒店電梯出來就直接進景區了，吃飯打卡景點都很方便。其次説酒店設施，真的不愧是民宿第一名，酒店內環境和房間環境都很古典別緻，我定的是家庭房，就是獨棟別墅，一樓挑高的房樑客廳很古樸大氣，二樓三樓分別有個房間，很適合一家人住，並且寵物友好！温泉泳池直接被環山景環繞，夕陽西下的時候美呆了！已經推薦給朋友，不虛此行！再説服務方面，山下遊客中心辦入住，有接駁車從停車場一路帶上山，非常方便了。

酒店的位置絕佳，室內設施也不錯，陽台望出去就是梯田景和古村落，拍照特別出片。晚上還可以泡一下酒店的温泉 在無邊泳池裡望着山景和古村落的夜景游泳，體感特別棒。入住這個酒店還可以無限次乘坐纜車，愛坐纜車的小朋友可開心了。整體而言性價比很高，關鍵酒店服務人員的服務也都很貼心到位，體驗了很愉悦的旅程！

環境：辦理入住在景區外，管家會提前聯繫告知具體位置，自駕到酒店停車場有酒店接駁車送到入住中心，酒店房間基本上算是景區最高處，曬工坊附近，安然措施很棒，房間外還有一個大門，刷房卡進出
設施：房間整體古色古香很典雅，床頭的陶瓷燈真的愛了，特別好看！
因為錯峯旅行，體驗感特別棒！晚上睡覺也不吵鬧，很安靜！房價已包含景區門票➕索道費用，還贈送了温泉泡湯，自助早餐也很豐盛！

極差，冤大頭，糟糕頭頂，什麼玩意！
【1】淡季1360的景觀房給前面的樓擋的嚴嚴實實，毛都看不見，開什麼國際玩笑！
【2】工作人員非常沒禮貌，缺乏基本的從業素顏，沒人拿行李，領到房間後隨手把飯卡一甩給我震驚了，問什麼都不拿睜眼看人，來受氣了
【3】衞生情況糟糕，地毯臟的要命，隔音特別差
【4】在沒有任何通知的情況下，關閉了索道，上下景區很不方便，要等半小時才能坐上下山的車，發火後安排了私家車下山，沒想到是和很多人拼車，車裡擠的都要吐了

篁嶺檔次最高的酒店，入住之前就給了很高的期待擔心值不回房價，入住之後放心了，特別是視野景觀很治癒，倚山居的房子都在花街，非常安靜，酒店設施和服務也相當不錯。整個篁嶺飯菜口味都很差，酒店帶的自助餐算是最好吃的了吧

幸好撿漏了這間景區房，昨天到達後發現纜車排隊很長，入住景區酒店有快速通道，體驗感好了很多，酒店服務員態度也都非常好，浴室很大，比較驚喜，入住的A19-1房，位置比較不錯，出遊挺便利。
