Traveling with kids, safety and hygiene are my top priorities, and this place completely exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious, giving the kids plenty of room to play. It's also super convenient for dining and shopping nearby, which made the whole family very happy. And because we had children with us, the front desk staff even gave us an extra set of toiletries – it was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel the warmth of Wuxi.

Hotel Nikko's location is absolutely fantastic, very close to Nanchang Street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. You can enjoy an evening stroll there. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful – a perfect stay! This established five-star hotel maintains its quality, offering a peaceful environment and delicious breakfast. It's also very convenient for getting around. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money, impeccable service, and a superb view. Highly recommended.

This stay was incredibly comfortable. The room was clean and tastefully decorated, the bedding was soft and lovely, and the natural light and soundproofing were excellent, making for a truly pleasant stay. The front desk and housekeeping staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, providing thoughtful service down to the smallest detail. The overall atmosphere was quiet and elegant, offering great value for money. It's definitely my top choice for travel, and I'll be back again.

This hotel's location is truly excellent, right by Nanchang Street in Helong. It's perfect for when you're tired after a stroll along the ancient Grand Canal's Nanchang Street; you can just head straight back. It's also surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the scenic area. The rooms are quite spacious, the facilities are decent, and the cleanliness is acceptable. If you order takeout, the robot delivers it very quickly. Most of the staff are great, though there was one lady in the restaurant who seemed quite unhelpful and dismissive when I asked questions, sometimes even saying things weren't available for no clear reason. Overall, though, it's a very good place! If I come back to Wuxi, I'd definitely stay here again!

I'm giving this hotel five stars primarily because of its incredibly convenient location. It's right next to the high-speed train station, making transportation a breeze with a subway and bus station nearby. Plus, there are plenty of dining options and shopping is super easy. The hotel's service quality is excellent, with staff who are polite and friendly. The entire hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a positive vibe. They also have great fitness facilities, including an indoor heated pool. The breakfast spread at the restaurant offers a good variety and tastes quite delicious.

We chose this skyscraper hotel for different experience. We arrived on Saturday and it was super busy and loud everywhere, but next day it got much calmer. We asked to be moved from smoking permitted room to non smoking, because of the smell and also to higher floor (37), because you could still heat the traffic on 22nd floor. The reception was helpful with our requests. The room was spacious, clean and beds comfy. If you want different experience, go for it, but be prepared for crowds of people entering and leaving the lift all the time! Can be bit frustrating. Recommended Nanchan street is typical loud commercial walking street, but just across the water we found super nice and calm area, which we loved.

It's super convenient for an evening stroll around Qingming Bridge, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, saving you time and effort when getting around. The room's amenities are outstanding; the overall decor is simple yet elegant. The room itself is spacious and airy, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The mattress is soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities are high quality, and the smart toilet and shower experience are excellent. Every detail in the room is well-thought-out, and devices like the TV and lighting work flawlessly, making for a very comfortable stay. It's a quiet oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Whether for a vacation or a short trip, it's an ideal choice. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Wuxi!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Although the hotel doesn't have its own parking, they were very helpful in finding a solution for us. Since we visited on a weekend, we were able to park next to China Telecom. We originally booked a superior room, but it felt a bit dark and the lighting wasn't great. We spoke to the front desk, and they promptly moved us to a different room, which was great! The bedding at Atour is, as always, incredibly comfortable! The breakfast was also good, with all the basic offerings.

The hotel's location is decent. It's about a 10-yuan Didi ride to the city center, which makes getting around quite convenient, though it's not within walking distance. I booked two rooms, and the air conditioning in one of them wasn't cooling well. While not broken, it seemed like the machine was old as the temperature didn't drop even after two hours. The front desk manager, Ms. Da, handled the situation very efficiently. She arranged for us to switch rooms while we were out for dinner. Her ability to prioritize guests' needs and her strong work ethic are truly commendable. On another note, for a five-star hotel, the breakfast was quite poor, but at least it was filling. The swimming pool is outsourced and was extremely lively, especially during the summer holidays.
