The butler service of the hotel is very good. When I arrived at the Nianhua Bay parking lot, I sent a car to pick up my luggage. I booked a triple room of 60 square meters. The room is on the second floor. Great.

預訂的凈月初心客棧家庭套房真的不錯呢，性價比太高了，兩房兩廳，很適合家庭4人入住，乾淨、寬敞又明亮。而且拈花灣有地下停車場，直接上樓就是自己預訂的套房，駕車來很是方便。服務更是禮貌周到，還幫我們帶的又大又重的行李箱搬上樓，特別感謝呢。還有套房的陽台可以看到街景，一路的櫻花柳樹小河很幽靜很美麗。下次來拈花灣還會再次預訂入住，感謝。

房間有個小陽台，坐陽台喝茶很愜意。給五星好評是店家服務很貼心。因第二天要去無錫東站趕火車，而拈花灣離車站較遠，店家頭天晚上幫忙聯繫送站，第二天下雨，司機一早來房間接我們，幫忙拿行李，順利趕到車站

家庭親子游，因為一家四口所以定了這個漂亮的户型。酒店屬於國企混合開發，還是很正規。我後半夜低燒了，酒店工作人員免費接送我到醫院服務拉滿。
拈花灣晚上的無人機演出是非常震撼，一定要記得去看。適合情侶 親子 老孃一站式懶人度假旅遊。

到拈花灣小鎮旅遊，看到這家客棧不錯，有家庭房就定了，性價比很高呢。到了景區門口打電話會有管家來接的，停車在B1，很方便。一棟棟的小院，環境很好，出門就有整排的櫻花和草地。套房也挺乾淨的，設施也不錯，比普通的民宿好一點。

酒店位置很好，出門就是大草坪和梵天花海，離微笑廣場和五燈湖廣場都很近，住在景區裏真的很方便，一早起來去吃個當地特色的無錫小籠，就可以開始拍拍拍，坐小火車坐搖櫓船，避開中午開始的大人流量！
