房間大，設施中規中矩，服務太差，到酒店已經零晨1點了，辦理入住未提醒自駕車要停在酒店門口兩邊的台階平台，酒店停車場和社會停車場在一起，不提醒以為都是酒店的，且酒店正大門對着社會停車場開了一道大鐵門，沒有任何提示，走下酒店大門的台階，下面就是社會停車場，前台不提醒離場就是收費停車，一晚上不便宜。還有辦理好入住也不提醒刷卡乘電梯，還以為電梯壞了，來回等了兩部都不啟動，浪費了時間，重新回到服務枱問了才知曉刷卡乘電梯。希望服務意識加強，而不是回覆客人：不好意思，您下次來我們肯定會提醒您！不會再光顧了。

第2次入住了,酒店新,房間大住着蠻舒服的,這次還居然有小點心，免費的,小點心的品質還不錯。有糕點，有花生，還有飲料。不錯不錯。
